Admin problems.

Was a customer for over 8 hears when I lived in NL.
Built up my claim free years and when moving to Ireland my new insurance tried to reach out to verify that I was a customer.

KNMV stated that they do not respond to such emails, even after I have called them granting them permission to simply respond on those requests regarding my details.

After several calls i managed to get them to send me an email confirming the details.

I hope to get everything resolved now.

Thanks to the agents that had to tolerate my emotions during this time of chasing admin.
