Awful after sales

Awful after sales, bought a Knog Blinder 900 it failed after four months. I tried to return under warranty but communication is completely lacking from them. Their products look good but after sales is absent.

Ordered the Knog bike tracker- still can’t get it to work

Ordered the Knog bike tracker. I followed the provided information, which should allow tracking of the Knog device from my iPhone, but I continue to get errors. I am unable to connect the Knog device to my iPhone. The ‘find my’ app inside the iPhone simply will not connect to the Knog device.

I have spent 3 weeks working with the Knog technical support, who take multiple days to respond to the rather simple problem. Unfortunately the tech support people either don’t know anything about the product, or the product simply doesn’t work. I am at my witts end.

I am trying to return the bike tracker, but I am unable to do that as well. I was hoping that the technical support would finally agree the product doesn’t work, and provide the full refund. But, they email back to me that I should try to reset the product and it should connect. I know that, and I’ve tried that. The product doesn’t work. It takes a week to get a response each time I send an email, and the response contains little to no information.

I would not recommend buying this expensive product, as many people that I’ve learned are having the same issue. The technical support is completely useless.

Avoid the knog. It doesn’t work.

Delivery and the lack of transparency

Delivery and the lack of transparency. I run my own business and buy much of my equipment and stock online. Meaning I need to operate as efficiently as possible. I spend money installing a parcel box and video doorbell on the gated entrance. Which when pushed come directly to my phone. None of this happened. I received the parcel card telling me to collect the goods at the local post office. no proof of delivery image, no attempts to re-deliver and no concern by Knog.com.au, just advice the goods when received back will be fully refunded. I've wasted over and hour in trying to communicate to no effect. I can't afford to run a business this way.

Recently purchased the knog mid cobber

Recently purchased the knog mid cobber. Very messy finish. Glue around the edge is uneven and inconsistent which is showing through the clear case. Looks as though it has been taken apart and put back together. Light functions fine just very poor quality control, messy finish.

Fantastic support team!

Fantastic support team! Great lighting products! I run both theh PWR 2000L light and the smaller PWR 700L ROAD. My battery developed a fault and Knog were great it getting it resolved! Their lighting kit (PWR) is brilliant! Highly recomended!

Replacement of faulty item

Took a little back and forth to establish why my faulty PWR light needed replacing, but once Ben empathised that I needed the item for my work commute, they were quick to send a replacement in the post. Happy customer

Helpful team

My mini blinder strap and clasp became detached and lost. After reaching out to the team, I was impressed with how quickly they responded and how helpful they were. My light is back on now after being sent replacement straps and a clasp from sunny Australia, all the way to not-so-sunny UK. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

I wrote to knog on a whim after finding a knog light I had purchased years ago with a broken strap. I asked about a replacement strap, but they offered to send me a whole new light! Their representatives were fast and friendly - 100% great customer service from my experience.

Amazing Customer Service

Had 2 starps go on my blindr mini lights, had no paperwork and they must have been at least 3 years old. Knog sent a new replacement set from Oz to the UK, no questions asked. Quite simply the best customer service I've ever experienced....

Customer Service Experience

First off, I love the product and now the brand too. I had a blinder rear light but after 2 years of constant use it packed up. I emailed Knog customer services, the response was prompt and they swiftly arranged a replacement which has now been delivered, the whole process was completely hassle free. Strangely I had a front light from a well known competitor which also stopped working around the same time but when I contacted them they wouldn’t assist me because it was out of warranty-after 13 months! That said, henceforth if It’s available from Knog, I will buy it from Knog.

Been a customer for 5 years

Been a customer for a while, and I wrote a review before.

I wanted to add that I had an issue with a bike light, and Knog customer service replaced the item for me free of charge under warranty. It took them some time to ship it over here as they're based in Australia, but I'm happy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GOOD PEOPLE OF THE INTERNET: DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM KNOG. IF EVER YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH A PRODUCT YOUR TIME WILL BE WASTED. I HAVE WAITED OVER TWO MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT REAR LIGHT THAT UNDER WARRANTY WAS FAULTY. CLEARLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THIS COMPANY'S STRONG POINT. It's not like I needed a light in Winter, honest. I DIDN'T WANT TO BE ONE OF THESE GUYS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO POOR THEY THINK IT IS ACCEPTABLE NOT TO ANSWER TO EMAILS FOR WEEKS, IF AT ALL. FOR THE LOVE OF GAHD AVOID THESE JOKERS LIKE THE PLAGUE. No, really. Avoid!
