Received my Knopf NY-405. It was Exactly what I ordered and expected. The customer service @ Knopf is second to none. The communication was excellent with calls and email updates on the status of my order until it was delivered. It is a stunning Timepiece. Definitely worth the price. You will not be disappointed!

After I completed my order I received a call right away from Knopf. The watch really looks great . Shipping was fast . The watch and the case really looks elegant.

I received my Blue Steel NY-405 last week, and I like it a lot! I love its look; the dial looks very clean and sharp with its vibrant blue background. My only issue with the dial is the lack of minute markers; perhaps small hash marks could have been imprinted without interfering with the design. In any event, the unique bezel (Arabic and Roman numerals), along with design elements on the dial, enable one to determine the time to within a minute or two.
Due to the luminous markings, the hands and bezel are very easy to see in the dark.
I love the see-through back! It's really fascinating to see the inner workings of the watch!
Even though the case of made of stainless steel, the watch does not feel heavy on my wrist. And the clasp is easy to open and close once you try it a few times.
The screw-down crown opens easily, and setting the date and time are a breeze. It is a bit of a challenge, though, to get the crown back to the position where it can be locked into place. Hopefully that will improve as I use the watch.
Unlike other self-winding watches I've owned (admittedly less expensive), the movement on the NY-405 is completely quiet, and I don't feel any vibration on my wrist when the watch is self-winding. I know it's working, though, because I go about 30-32 hours between wearings of the watch, and it's still going strong when I put it back on.
Finally, the accuracy of the NY-405 is within the range given in the specifications. It gains about 4-5 seconds per day.
In summary, I really like my Blue Steel NY-405!

The Customer Service setup was advertised as professional & personal by intent. All my expectations were exceeded (highly recommend)!

I really like the Art Deco inspired style of the Knopf NY-405. It is unique and eye-catching. In addition, the watch keeps good time (always important!). Finally, if I had a question I would email Gage and receive a reply within a matter of hours. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful watch. Exceeded my expectations.Top quality and excellent value.
Shipping to the UK was no problem and the total customs duty etc was around £40 .
Very good customer service I emailed Larry and Gage a couple of times and got responses within a few hours.

I have been following and a part of this project ever since the original funding effort got underway. The frequent updates regarding moving this concept along during the COVID outbreak was much appreciated and gave me the opportunity to see first hand the patience and dedication that all of you had bringing this watch to fruition. Seeing my watch for the first time and having it exceed all of my expectations was just an incredible feeling. I'm already planning on purchasing a second Knopf timepiece. It's unbelievable how much interest and positive comments that it generates every time that I wear it. Job well done ....... and thank you!

I don’t remember how I came across Knopf and their new upcoming Swiss automatic, but I checked out their funding page. Looked very enticing and I have a weakness for nice Swiss watches, especially when they don’t cost a small fortune!

Anyway, I pledged the amount and waited. Longer then expected, but this virus kind of got in the way! 😎

Anyway, Larry and Gage were great at keeping everyone updated regularly. I never felt like it was too good to be true. Finally, the watch was shipped and I waited for FedEx. When the tracking showed it hadn’t moved in around a week, I contacted a real person at FedEx and she was great, but I had to contact the shipper, Knopf.

That’s when I found out how good their service was. Got a reply to my email within a couple of hours and the next day the problem was solved. Another watch was going out. A couple of days later….it arrived!

Have you ever seen pictures of a product and then when it arrives you go, “huh, this isn’t what I ordered”! The real product is an utter disappointment after seeing the pictures!

NOT the Knopf NY-405. Looks great in real looking life. Have gotten several compliments and it works great.

The team behind Knopf was fantastic from the start. They genuinely care about the customer experience from start to finish and it shows. The packaging, the customer service, and of course the watch itself is exceptional. If you want to add a truly special watch to your collection, this is the one to add.

I bought this beautiful watch through Kickstarter what seems a long time ago.. I finally received it last week.

The presentation of the watch is amazing all good quality materials., certificate of authenticity, warranty card with serial number,

I bought the blue steel version of the watch and it is stunning, really happy with it. Plus have the alligator strap coming soon.

Communication throughout the process was really good. And when I had not heard from them for a while they were really quick at responding and keeping me informed.

I can't fault the company. Would highly recommend!

Stunning watch, I ordered right at the start so waiting a while for it wasn't a problem - except for the anticipation of it finally arriving. Regular communication from the guys at Knopf ensured I knew what was happening with the design & manufacture of the watch.
It arrived a couple days ago and its stunning, fabulous, beautiful, I could go on but you wouldn't believe me.
Great folks to deal with, great product - I will buy more from them.
