Bought this module and its never worked right from the start. Give up on it. However i thought i would give it another go and asked for help with support and told my support period had ended. When i looked at the price they were charging for support i was shocked. Dont buy this module loads of bugs and problems with it. Outrages price for support to resovle this modules bugs

Good extensions & pro-active support. Their team has assisted with every customization in extensions. Very professional & helpful.

When it comes to software, for me, the end product is what actually matters. I have tried various ecommerce plugin provider, but they makes the top of the preference. Great modules. Great support.

Their readymade plugins for eCommerce stores are of no-match. Being a newbie in online retail, I had been struggling for the past 1.5 years. Someone suggested to try KnowBand & their extensions have been a solid benefit for my business. Steep growth in sales has been observed with their One-page checkout, the multivendor marketplace, mobile apps, and several other modules.
Initially, I went for the cheaper modules. But, with their stable working & prominent support, I had to go nowhere else. A big thumbs up to the entire team.

Cannot recommend. Purchased module for USD90, which never worked. Opened multiple tickets, they were blaming it on incompatibility with other modules, but after disabling them - also didn't worked. After some time I saw they released another version of the module, wanted to try if it finally works, unfortunately they asked me to pay again USD 90.

Knowband have a lot of cheap modules, but be aware that, should you find a bug in their module, they require you to purchase support.
I find it unacceptable that I have to pay first for the module, then for them to fixing their own bugs.
I've spend a lot of money with then, but it's done now.

Bad service, I bought prestashop module for ebay but it don't works properly and when I opened ticket it was closed for no reason twice. To be avoided absolutely

Very poor experienxe, i buy one modulefor supercheckout, after paypal update module their module was not compatible with new paypal module, i found update on their website but they ask me to pay warranty extension for download update of module! incredible!!!

Very Bad services. They are selling extension that's not working at all.

Since I purchased the module, I have had many issues and after trying different options none of them worked. I even had to advice them the website stops working once the scroll from the module is activated. Beyond that and as I had to give them total access to my system, they erased the customers records on the database. After exchanging many emails showing them all the logs that they were who erased the customer records they have cleaned their hands not wanting to be responsible for that. Of course they insist it’s not their fault, but again, the logs and IP address where these changes and deletes where made from that belong to them show the opposite.
I had never worked with them, but based on my experience and if you work with them you can beg everything goes all-right, something I fully doubt about it, otherwise you will waste your time and more important your money. At least they could refund the money for the module never worked but of course they refuse that too.
My next step is to sue them because all the inconvenient they have caused to me but I would like nobody has to go through the same I have gone to.

Be careful with knowband products. They lying about the software. Some of the software is NOT compatible with prestashop. And there is a lot of work to do to get it ready. They selling unready software. Dont waste your money for it. They wont accept a refund.
The ratings on knowbands are lies. There is some warnings about knowband.
Also look for other unhappy customers.
Knowband know the problem. Just like Ever Green said, you cant find the seller button.
Also if you deinstall the product, it couses many bugs and crashes
