I ordered a pack of the faux Boston ferns several months ago and I actually forgot that I did. But today I was reminded when i saw the commercial again and yet I still don't have them.

I received the Wind Chime and Hummingbird feeder and 4 of the 6 balls leaked. I tried to return it and 4 replies later they offered me $6 out of the $32 I paid instead of me being able to return and get another. All messages are via a computer and they just just kept asking if I wanted to continue chatting. No help what so ever. Will not buy from this company again. No person ever replied to correct this issue. Horrible service and products.

This bird feeder product was a piece of trash!!! It is made of a cheap plastic and the hummingbird juice drips out in a few seconds! It is a total ripoff! I wrote to them for a refund and never heard back!

They are not hand blown glass. Plastic, will not use and they are the size of a small Cutie orange which is smaller than a tangerine. Saw on face book, ordered two and now they are in the trash as it would of cost me more to ship back to China I believe. So sad I keep getting scammed by the advertisement to where they look beautiful but are so cheaply made.

I would give this a zero if I could. I ordered a blown glass hummingbird feeder, only to receive a plastic piece of junk. TOTALLY a scam! I was out of town so opened it late--it's too late to return. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR!!! 😡 I'm having the same issue after ordering that hummingbird feeder chimes thing. I've been endlessly emailing this bogus company and they send back those auto emails back saying here's the tracking info. Then when I try to track the item, it'll tell me they 'Can't find the order'!!? I'm talking with my attorney about having a Class Action lawsuit. Let me know if you'd like to participate. They need to be sut down and prosecuted to the full extent of the law! MAJOR RIP OFF - DO MOT BUY ANYTHING FR THIS SCAMMER!!!

Ordered a hummingbird feeder 3/11. As of today 4/27 tracking has had it in Ohio since 4/8. Inquired about the order ladt week but only respose was an apology it was held up. Inquired again today. Do not recommend.

Ordered Hummingbird feeders glass windchimes. Price kept going up. Then an add'l $7 UK was added . I wrote , they took that off. It was going to be a gift. Two months to arrive. I disputed w my cc co. It came in a tiny box, cheap plastic. Not blown glass. Site says " Msde in USA" Hardy. Avoid. Total was $32

I got ripped off with the knowledee sponsored hummingbird feeder too. So many shyster companies scaming and stealing from hard working Americans. Would love to get my hands on just one of these arsholes.

I ordered the blown glass hummingbird feeders that were advertised as Made In America. Six weeks later, I received plastic versions with stickers on the outside from China! I requested a full refund and was sent to the seller who after multiple "chars", offered me $12 instead of the more than $50 that I paid. In that communication, the rep said that she would offer my the $2 more than the company offers from her own paycheck! Completely unacceptable in many ways. I am still trying to reach Knowledee directly but cannot seem to do so.

The product is not as described at all. The globes are plastic not hand blown glass. Since the globes are covered with contact paper, I am sure they will disintegrate if they get wet. Really hard to assemble. Didn't bother to try and get refunded since other reviews indicate this company doesn't honor their promise to refund unhappy customers.

The hummingbird feeder I ordered, took months to arrive, and looks absolutely NOTHING like the photo.
It's plastic and absolutely Isn't a wind chime.
I am not happy with my product.
