Refund
It states on the website that I’d get the certificate within 48 hours.
Turned out I didn’t actually need the certificates for a new job.
I still hadn’t received the certificates after 48 hours so I emailed and asked if I could have a refund.
The same day that I emailed asking for a refund. You send the certificates 3 hours later and then email saying no because I’ve already received the them.
Really unhappy with my experience.

I had originally written a bad review for Knowledge Door, but since they have attempted to amend the situation and therefore I am changing my review. I had reached a point on one of my courses where I kept receiving an error message, and couldn't understand why. I had tried to contact their online team multiple times to resolve it, and every time it kept getting kicked back and I was told that they will contact their tutors, and they will get back to me via email. Every time I waited for a response, and never received a reply. Upon reading my negative review, Knowledge Door have offered me two extra free courses to take while they fix the issues on the course I was studying. Although this is far from ideal and still wish to continue with my original course, I accept that Knowledge Door have tried to rectify the situation and I thank them for offering the courses to me.

Check course content very carefully
I purchased a course on nutrition which was promoted with pictures of food. The first video of the course showed me that the course was about supplements not food. I emailed to request cancellation. There was a little bit of resistance where they offered me alternative courses and vouchers but at the third time of asking they have said they will refund me. Payment awaited.

For the fact that if a student fails the first exam and given the opportunity to rewrite that's just something very extraordinary and a good thing.

I am not happy at all
I am not happy at all , I don't think I will ever take aanother course from knowledge door , because I am not happy with the way you demanding more money to pay before I could get a soft copy of my pdf certificate, additional money of 20 pounds after I paid 12 pounds for the course I finished. Only in knowledge door that you have to pay money before a get a soft copy of certificate.
