They don’t care and are not fair!

The company really does not care about customers, or their satisfaction, or anything at all!
From start to finish I have persevered with them and tried to be patient. However they are the cowboys of car fleet trading.
Poor communication to me and between themselves.
Absolutely couldn’t organise anything with any degree of certainty.
And fluffed away saying they can’t do anything.
I was quoted my 2nd car to be a repeat of the car I had already- except when it arrived it was so absolutely basic. Not comparable. Very misleading. No one would be happy. And months down since the order the price has dropped significantly.
I rang immediately and they argued it is the manufacturers right to change.
They absolutely wouldn’t accept to be treated how I have been- but they are not able to empathise or even explain the procedures they have to put things right. No budge on price even though it’s £70 less now- May vs Jan quotes.

I’m disappointed my NHS trust only have these as an option- as many of my colleagues have had similar frustrating experiences. Some even worse trying to get electrical charging installation and delivery issues.

I Would NOT recommend them at all.

My biggest ever regret is that the get out penalty is £££thousands.

I really will not be giving them a second more of my time, or a penny more of my business, as soon as I get an opportunity to leave them- I will!
Nothing is worth the stress and all the hassle they have caused me.

So long as they have your money- that’s all they care about and nothing else.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

9+ years of using Knowles Fleet

I have been using Knowles Fleet for around 9 years now through a salary sacrifice scheme via the NHS. It has always been an easy process with access to help and advice whenever I've needed.

They have always communicated well at all stages of the process which is very much appreciated. I have to highly commend the drivers that picked up and dropped off cars to me this time. They were incredibly courteous and professional and supported with setting up the app for the new which was greatly appreciated.

I would and have recommended the company to colleagues at work.

Ok compant, but unhelpful and sourcing cars from terrible lease companies.

The actual car was fine and dealing with them through NHS salary sacrifice was fine over the last 3 years, but they sourced the car from Kinto who are absolute con artists. When it was returned, with very minor damage, I was given no chance to sort it out (damage was so minor I assumed it wouldn't trigger charges, or I would have sorted before hand) and truly absurd costs to fix. They then said they couldn't help, as the dispute was between me and Kinto. So I'm left with not far short of £1000 being taken out of my next pay with no way to dispute it.

Excellent EV salary sacrifice experience

I’ve recently arranged a new EV through the salary sacrifice scheme at work, and I’m more than happy with the service provided by Knowles Fleet. From start to finish, the process was straightforward and well managed, with clear information and timely communication throughout.

Any questions I had were dealt with promptly, and the team made what could have been a complex process feel simple and stress‑free. Overall, the experience has been very smooth, and I’m really pleased with how everything was handled.

I would happily recommend Knowles Fleet to anyone considering an EV lease through a salary sacrifice scheme.

Great

Great, i would highly recommend. From day one of ordering to delivery the service and communication was great. Very straight forward. All information required was clear and came through before delivery. Delivery was also great, on time and the delivery driver was very attentive and helpful.

Fantastic communications and regular…

Fantastic communications and regular updates, good customer service and very helpful. All questions answered and signposted to useful information. Staff were very professional and polite, extremely helpful. I would highly recommend knowles fleet.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service.

It was very quick from the point of ordering to actually receiving the car, and given my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars, I found it very personable, with people on hand to explain what my options were.

When the manufacturer updated the model year, the interior options were revised to a single standard configuration. We highlighted this at the time and provided details so the updated specification could be reviewed prior to delivery.

Manufacturer specification changes can occur and are outside of our control. We do, however, recognise how important clarity is and will continue to review how we communicate these updates to customers.
