My doctor was very helpful and took my health concerns seriously

appointments are punctual, no waiting, very friendly staff, very professional, concerned for my health, great advise and suggestions. I highly recommendthis team of staff and doctors. The are so wonderful.

I found known well on the Eli Lilly website to check on a prescription. I made an appointment with them and couldn’t have been more pleased with their caring attitude, their efficiency, their professionalism, and in general how engaged they were during our entire conversation, I felt very relaxed and comfortable talking about everything as we move forward I feel very good about having them as my partner in my health

I love the provider I am seeing, she is kind and non judgemental and engages with me and gets my input on what I want or need and really about whole body vs just number on scale

The location is great. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The office is really clean and organized and decoded so nice. Gina is hands down the best ever!

I found Knownwell looking for a partner for Lily Direct. I've found everything very easy. They are very organized: I was easily able to sign up, make an appointment, and get my medication with the knowledge it was the genuine article. Communicating with my clinician has been painless and my drugs always come on time. They send me reminders for appointments and make it very easy to log on. I don't feel the visits are rushed. Also, Holly is the GOAT.

My provider was great. She listened to my concerns and offered options. This is my first experience with telehealth and the process was easy. Clear instructions were given and the visit was on time. My work day was not impacted by a medical appointment.

Easy to set up an appointment, excellent communication about my appointment, the app is easy to maneuver and most importantly the care and attention I received from Holly was amazing! I finally feel heard!

My doctor is so knowledgeable, friendly, and never makes me feel rushed. She is so understanding and I feel so comfortable. I was switching from compound semaglutide to name brand, so some doctors seem to only care about my current BMI, but knownwell factored in my past BMI which was such a relief.

I’m just starting with knownwell but so far I’m impressed! They responded to my questions prior to meeting with the doctor and the check in process was painless. Many companies say they work with insurance but they don’t actually…knownwell really does which was a relief on a tight budget. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t rush. She took the time to listen to my concerns and took a detailed history. I would definitely recommend trying them out!

I had my first visit today with Britta Reierson, MD she is nothing short of amazing. I've worked in Healthcare 20+ yrs and met alot of Dr's along the way. I can tell she is truly in this for best interest of you as a patient. She is thorough covered everything. Im so excited and blessed to have her on-board for my journey with zepbound after meeting with her for one hour I feel she truly will help me be successful. I've worked with other telehealth companies for weightloss and never had this level of care and concern. Im so happy I made the switch
