The products look lovely but unfortunately, despite ordering 9th December, I never received my order in time for Christmas and by then it was out of stock. Delivery problems apparently. Communication throughout was great but sadly unable to solve the problem.

Late delivery, tracking is impossible. Ordered items the 21st, items have still not arrived. According to track and trace it is already in the Netherlands since the 23th... Communicating about delivery date could be much better. Would recommend to align with your shipping partners about communication with your customer.

My partner loved this is a Christmas present.
