Really easy and quick service - I received a gift card for Christmas and it was so useful and insightful for becoming more plastic free

Second time I have used KTO and both times have been terrible. First occasion my parcel was packed badly and I had to pay for returns. Second time my returned parcel (again I had to pay) which I sent back because the clothing was not as advertised was lost in the post I believe due to a address change for the returns and the Royal Mail issues at Christmas. I have had nothing from the company except over 2 weeks of unhelpful emails including one where I was addressed by the wrong name (lack of customer service skills!)
I will hesitate to use them or recommend ever again.

Really pleased with all my products. Arrived well packaged and pretty promptly. Have shopped here before and would definitely shop here again!
