Cambiar shipment partner
FedEx no dejo el paquete en mi casa porque requeria firma, y en el tracking page nada decia que deberia contactarlos.
Tuve que contactar al soporte de knuthouses para que me digan que tenia que contactar a FedEx, y les instrui que dejaran el paquete en el buzon sin necesidad de forma. Esto es practica corriente en Suiza.
Les recomiendo quitar el requisito de firma para paises en donde el robo de paquetes no es un problema, y si es posible cambiar su provedor a DHL que nunca he tenido problemas con ellos.

I would like to point out that we provided you immediate and continued assistance on this issue, which is to be attributed to FedEx's responsability.
You'll understand that we don't have control over FedEx delivery times and that we can't change their policies either, if those requires a signature on delivery.
We appreciate your suggestion but we had almost zero issues with FedEx so far and even with reliable global shipping partners, delays and issues can happen from time to time.
But will take your suggestion into consideration for the future. On behalf of FedEx, apologies for the inconvenience.
