The support team was incredibly helpful and understood my issue without requiring me to repeat what I had already attempted. They quickly resolved an issue with my account that had prevented me from editing and saving existing draft posts. I think it's one of the best support teams I've dealt with from any company!

I've been with Ko-fi for many years, and customer support has always been helpful as far as I can remember.
Honestly, I think there's a bit of lack of transparency about Gold subscription as there are no reminders of the renewal, and also that I wasn't aware they phased out the annual subscription.
However, support was very willing to help me on the issues I had, so I would still say I'm a satisified user of the platform.
As a platform overall, Ko-fi is a fun and interactive way for people to support me, in contrast to sterile donation links.
On the other hand, growth is pretty much limited to what creators can achieve outside of the platform. I've driven a lot of traffic to my Ko-fi page but it does not seem to lead to substantial amount of long-term growth, especially when there's no easy way to encourage supporters to perform a Call to Action (eg. joining newsletter).
This isn't a criticism, though, as I understand Ko-fi is not primarily designed to help with discoverability and growth, but is something that I see a lot of new creators misunderstanding.
Overall, Ko-fi is a great platform to monetise your creations using your existing supporters, and the solid customer support helps me feel that they care about me as a user.

I suspect that they have fake positive reviews cause if you read them, they are all very similar.
This platform is an absolute trash. Imagine being blocked and removed without explanation because of your political opinions. The level of censhorship disgust me. This is not the right platform if you are an activist. This is also NOT the right platform if you are doing art and it somehow resembles 18+ content. They will remove you without explanation. The positive reviews about the customer support are because if there are minor issues they will answer to you, if you got scammed or have been treated unfairly they magically disappear and stop responding
