This looks like a good piece of equipment, I particularly like where you can do assisted push ups with the harness system, that’s what swayed it for me, so not only do I get the use with Bodyweight, but also assisted if i require it. Looking forward to using this and the app once my shoulder injury has healed.

The KO8 is brilliant! I’m so pleased and impressed with it. It’s really versatile, easy to use I wish I’d found it sooner!

My wife (54) & I (58) love this training system. It's so versatile you can go from one exercise to another without ever stopping. Great for low impact H.I.I.T. training. I have found myself utilizing this system more now than free weights. Both wife and I have lost inches and gained muscle....Who knows maybe we'll be running for Mr. Olympia (60's Category) & Mrs. Fitness and Figure Competition (LOL)....

A horrible experience, not to repeat. Purchases outside the United Kingdom carry exorbitant customs fees, €43 in fees when the ko8 costs €160, other companies assume it, the ko8 sellers don’t. Besides they haven't sent the complete order and they apologize saying that the bands replacement come from a different place when anyone notified me that until I told them, so I don't believe their version, since in more. After a week talking to them to solve these problems, they don’t assume that the error was theirs, very bad gesture on your part.

An excellent piece of kit that you can use anywhere anytime.

I love that it’s suitable for all and helps improve not only your strength but your flexibility and mobility also.

This is current update. Even though the situation was unfortunate, the company's customer service was excellent through all this. I appreciate everyone who kept the fight and made it right. There product is amazing and never seen anything like it. Thank you and I am changing my review of one star to 4.5. which won't let me to a 4.5. this is my second order as my first one was stolen. Now, it's been almost a month I have not gotten my item due to brokage fee from UPS. I have been in contact but the issue has not been resolve. Now UPS is asking to pay the brokage fee otherwise it will charge 6% each time. I have asked to resolve the issue but nothing has happened. So, I am out $200 and no equipment and now I am being billed from UPS for brokage fee which the company said they have an open case with. At the end of this, if it doesn't get resolve is going to ruined my credit due to delinquent fee of which I was not aware that was going to happen as it was not in my first purchase. All, I know I have been waiting for this to he resolve. The company said I am not the only one where UPS is charging brokage fee that is more than the equipment itself. If I knew that I would not have purchased a second one. Still out of $200 plus shipping and no equipment. I am frustrated and disappointed at the moment. If this is resolve then I will change my review.

The product is good
But the customer service is awfull.
I have to beg after 5 emails to receive the product and I am still waiting the program fat loss I purchase with.
I gave up to get it......

The product itself is great. I like the simplicity and versatility. It's always impressing, how effective body weight exercises can be. My KO8 will serve me well in the next couple of years.

This is by far the best bit of exercise equipment I own not only that the team are so so helpful and knowledgeable, the kit is versatile and gives an amazing workout

Yes, their support will help you with your order, and eventually you will receive your KO8.

Do you have to wait for your order?
Obviously, they had problems in their supply chains, so I had to wait quite a long time to get my order. But in the end I received mine. And I think, it was worth waiting for. Other customers might answer this question differently.

How good is the product?
The KO8 is great. I had a TRX for years, which I considered priceless. The big difference are the resistance and the athlete mode (and the length of the strings). You can do flyes nearly to the ground from a door anchor point. I will certainly have a lot of fun with my KO8.

Very good product and that is why I am ordering this one which is my 2nd order. I have not received a tracking number or anything thus far. Otherwise I would easily give 5 stars. I realize shipping is slow these days but it would be nice to be assured everything is ok with my order. I am confident it will get here but when I have no idea. Otherwise a very good company!!! The KO8 is very legit.
