Product shipped on the expected delivery date. Shipment delay and zero communication.
I ordered a baby carrier sling on 23.12. The expected delivery was 29.12 at the moment of purchase. On 30.12 I received an automatic email confirming the shipment. Since then (after 6 working days), I haven't received the product nor any information about a shipment delay. The tracking information wasn't updated since the product was handed to BRT/DPD courier. No additional information on the order page. No response from the customer service.
