Average product, seems to be wearing off quickly if used daily/frequently. Not worth the price I paid for it. Would go with a different brand such as Greenpan.

Top class retailer

I've had 4 items from Koala Home Shopping now. All great quality, all delivered on time, and all for a great price. Customer service second to none & great communication.

An all round great shopping experience

An all round great shopping experience. Easy to navigate website, speedy delivery with little excess/unnecessary packaging and a care card, good quality product at a reasonable price point and a streamlined checkout process. Will buy from this store again.

Average product

Ordered a spray mop from Koala

Ordered a spray mop from Koala, and it came promptly and packaged well. I had previously been using a cheaper spray mop that has a bottle you fill and attach to the mop but leaks all over the place. All i can say is, don't bother with the cheaper versions, get yourself on to the Koala website and order their purple spray mop. It is excellent, does not leak, as you fill the bottom compartment up with water and your choice of detergent. It is more expensive, but it will last a lot longer and the quality is exceptional!
