The jewellery was nothing like it appeared on the website. Badly made. One of the items I received was incorrect. I ordered 3 rings in total. All items were of extremely low quality and two were unwearable.

I am a pensioner on a fixed income so money is tight but like a fool I ordered a bracelet and necklace for my partner's Christmas present on 19th September it was suppose to arrive by 28th September.
I haven't received the Items and have emailed twice both times I got a auto reply telling me the would get back to me in 1 or 2 days but have heard nothing.
I thought I would be ok because I paid through pay pal but pay pal told me they wouldn't do anything about it till March 2026 so I won't be using them anymore.
So please keep away from this company they are thieves

You asked for an order number, as the item said still in cart, even though it wasn’t, I did not have an order number which is what you have asked for ! If you send me an e mail address, I can provide my details for which I am sure you will be able to find my order! In terms of my complaints, every one had a different complaint number!!

However, I’ve literally had to have my husband “forcibly” remove one the of the earrings! It had jammed in my ear lobe! The earring had also turned my ear ring lobe, BLACK! I will be contacting trading standards!
Think I’ve just been scammed too! They took the money but then told me my item was still in the cart! It wasn’t!
I’ve e mailed so many times but they just keep sending new ref No’s or my e mail is forwarded to me! Will be contacting my bank for a refund!

My partner ordered 4 items from their website but had I have known, he wouldnt have wasted £99!! He never received an order confirmation once the payment was made- so that was the first red flag. When the goods arrived - they were not from the UK but from China. They had been thrown into a thin plastic bag with no paperwork what-so-ever. There was no delivery note no return adress details. On opening the package I can only say Ive seen better free toys in a childs lucky bag! I searched on Ali Express and found the identical items for £1.14 pence each!! My partner paid £24.44 each (their website showed the items each reduced from £100 each) and he believed from the website he was purchasing items from the UK. Had we wanted to buy something from China we would have looked on Ali Express! It took 5 weeks to finally get confirmation from their c/service team (who appear to be based in France) to get an address to return the Items to. The c/service team initially offered a discount if he kept the items. Then he was asked how much he wanted refunding??? quite bazaar as we wanted just to return the items for a full refund. We were told to return the goods tracked and at our expense. The cheapest tracked postage available was £11 - He completed the necessary customs forms and he paid and arranged for the return to China! We sent copies of all the paperwork , customs forms and proof of posting to the c/service dept. We kept watching the Royal Mail international tracking. Finally it showed arrived in China to the address and was 'returned to sender'!!! 5 weeks later ...our package hasnt been returned to us (not that we want them) so now we are taking it up with the bank. This company are pure scammers. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase anything from them.

The item I ordered never arrived and was sent something I didn’t want - I never got a refund or a return label to send the unwanted item back - in the end they stopped replying to my emails. I did get my money back through my bank. I believe this company is running a scam, don’t order anything you’ll be disappointed and out of pocket.

As like everyone else, I bought some earrings from these scammers and now am having to go through bank for a refund.
Their website states UK jewellers which it is not, I now know it’s cheap rubbish from China.
I never received any confirmation of my purchase which was the first alarm bell so I then looked on here a the reviews and immediately tried to cancel order. I got the usual response from the previously mentioned ‘Sofia’ stating it was too late but I could return once received.
I received no info about shipping but then suddenly get an email after being ignored stating it had supposedly been delivered by Evri!
I received no emails from Evri about any delivery (which I have for every other delivery) so emailed Koala again but am being ignored again.
I am now taking this through my bank to try and get a refund.
Absolute scammers - do not give them your money!

This is a scam sight. Do not buy. I ordered earrings and a bracelet, took ages to arrive and was then of extremely poor quality. I wouldn't have paid £2 for them is how cheap and awful they were.
Not clear from their adverts and website this is a company in China. Products were shipped from the West Midlands but they insisted I had to return them to China. They did not always respond to my emails. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and I was able to get a full refund. Once I raised a dispute with PayPal, Koala jewels asked me to close the dispute!

It's no star but that's not an option
It's no star but that's not an option. Received 2 rings that I immediately knew is not silver!!! The size supposed to be the largest too small, I measured because I have chubby fingers.
I have since for 6 weeks asked via email to return the rings.
Koala customer service Sofia, is stalling and not helpful, asking for this that and the other.
My last email they said they will pay 10% of the price I paid, I mean the audacity!!!! Still after 6 weeks I have no return address. Sofia said however that it had to be sent to the warehouse?????? I think it's in Hong Kong or Singapore.
I now by principle have to take legal action through Citizens advice.
An advice from me to all who read, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please do not purchase anything! This is a scam. My experience echos that of so many others. The return address was only provided after asking for it eight times. I searched it and initially it didn’t exist and then delving deeper, it appeared to be a hotel. The sender address on the original packaging is post marked in Hull, UK. I have asked for the details of the Company Director or CEO and it appears that my emails are now ‘bouncing’ back as drafts to my email address.
Please do not waste your money or valuable time in having to try to resolve disappointment and or dispute. Life is too short.
The product adverts are a complete misrepresentation and frankly the ring I ordered, as a gift, for someone special was not hallmarked, but advertised as Stirling silver, the finish was disgraceful and it came in such a large size, the wrong size. It would be criminal to find it in a Christmas cracker. And here is the summary: criminal activity in plain sight.
Still no resolution or any respect for customers.
Apparently, the company require more information about this review….I simply wanted to return the ring and get a refund. Despite communication in French, Chinese with a British customer, I have had no resolution.
What more can I say other than I stand by my review, if it is taken down, I can only assume an admission of wrongdoing.
