If I could give them no stars i would have.
Firstly -the order took forever to arrive.

It was shoddily packaged which was the first indication of what to expect. The rings were rubbish, not as stated in the descriptions, unidentifiable metals and definitely not crystals for eyes!!

Am very angry for having been duped by this fraudulent company with no recourse to recover my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t waste your money. This is the lowest quality cheap rubbish jewellery.ever! Stay away. Please

DO NOT BUY anything It is sheer tat and vastly overpriced. Like all other reviewers I feel bitterly disappointed in the customer service provided AND the shoddy quality of the goods. If I could find a way to take down this fraudulent site I would. Their tracking service is a joke. The jewellery is nothing like
what photographed DONT deal with these people……

I made an order in May 25 for
One set of earrings and two different rings one of them having three rings as a set & the other was a single ring .
All that came was a pair of earrings NOTHING ELSE. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO NO AVAIL
I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY AGREED TO SORT IT BUT NEVER DID.INSTEAD THEY HAVE SENT ME RINGS THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I AM ABSOLUTELY PEED OFF WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER CLAPPED EYES ON THEM.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

How l wish l had read the reviews before using this awful company. I believe theirv" modus operandi" is photo expensive jewellery& price it cheaply. Like all the reviewers my order was not available which they didn't inform me.
Instead they sent an alternative which was shoddy & definitely not worth the price l paid. This company needs closing .

I'm still waiting for my order which I placed on 8th June. The tracking is useless and still states a delivery of 23-29th June - today is 9th July.

I've sent several emails - most with the reply of "be patient" but now I've asked for a refund as the earrings were for a birthday present that has now passed - but they're now not even answering my emails.

I wished I'd read the reviews before placing an order as its an absolute sham of a company.

The jewellery is cheap and nasty looking, totally dissimilar the fab photos.

The return address is in China, not UK. I sent a return parcel to the supposed address back in March and it has just been returned to me (9th July)

If there is a 0 rating,that's what i'm gonna give this company. They are scammers! The quality of their goods is not as fascinating as those in the pictures! I paid the return postage and requested for a refund. And guess what??? They never got back to me soon as they received the returned items! I've lost more than £100 so spare your money please! FYI this company is not UK based, they are based in China!

Do not buy from this brand!
If you don't like the jewellery - which you won't as it's cheap crap which looks nothing like pictures - they will only refund you 10% of the purchase price and that is only when you've paid to send it back to China.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Quality of the jewellery is terrible - looks like it’s made from shiny foil! Cheap and poor quality. Tried to return items which proved to be an impossible task - was given an address in China to post items back to but customer services would never provide name/number which was required for tracking purposes. Have literally emailed them multiple times over weeks and weeks as one item also never arrived and they offered discounts to keep items. I’ve now given up - costly mistake to have made & I will never buy from them again - learn from my error and don’t buy from them! They should not be allowed to trade in the UK. Terrible experience.

Poor quality jewellery as mentioned in previous reviews company not based in England returns to China bought earrings which I returned in February no refund as they can’t trace my return inspite of providing evidence of postage on multiple occasions I’m really not sure how this company are still allowed to trade! Please avoid!

I wish I'd have looked at reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings and 3 rings which were £92. So order came packaging cheap and tacky like something you would buy at a garage sale. So they sent me 2 rings instead of 3 and the earrings were pitiful. I thought they were going to break as they were really fragile and the other pair one opened but wouldn't close and one was missing the design, you really couldn't make it up. The rings they sent 1 was wrong design and they said the ring that was missing was being delivered separately. WHY????? Getting in touch is a stressful process as no one gets back to you until 9-10pm with no answer. I exchanged nearly 30 emails with 7 responses which were horrendous. Ring never came so I've had to open a dispute with PayPal to get refunded and return the so called wrong jewellery. This place needs to be removed.

Do not buy from this company. I received my sub standard earrings and have spent weeks trying to get a refund. I sent them to the address given in England and have proof. This apparently was a courier address.
I am now being told I should have sent them to the address below so I won't be getting a refund.

I am glad that the earrings were at a reduced price. Even then they were expensive for what I received. Cheap and nasty.

Extremely poor quality - does not resemble website images. I ordered a pair of earrings which looked great on the website, but in reality are extremely poor quality. I used Koala's website enquiry form to ask about their return and refund process over 2 weeks ago and have not had a response. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Absolute cheap looking junk. The ring is tarnishing and I have worn it twice. Do not waste ur money looks cheap compared to the picture

The product photos online do not match with the products that you receive. This is a fake UK company based in China and they do not accept returns even if they state this in their T&C. after months of multiple emails and haggling, I received a part of the money that I had paid. This is a scam website, just avoid.
