I loved the bikinis I bought. They are very cute and flattering but also very comfortable. As someone who lives in Switzerland, the delivery was really fast. From the moment I ordered to the moment I received it, it took 7 days. Definitely will be buying again.

I am from Canada. There are no customs or duties and shipping is SO fast. It took 2 days for delivery. Purchased 2 suits from their terry collection. I loved it to so much that I needed to give them a review here!

Never recieved my order that I placed in November and they have ghosted me about it since

Never again. They sent me the wrong bottom, so I emailed them like 2 times, but no answer in almost 2 weeks. I decided to return the whole set (I had to pay for shipping) to at least have my money back. Two weeks later they finally answer and send me the bottom I ordered, but it's too late I already returned the set ? Now a month later I still don't have the store credit for the set I returned, just lost a lot of money and no swimsuit.

I ordered 2 bikinis on black Friday sale and received them a little less than a month later. I wasn't provided any tracking information almost for 3 weeks and when I sent an email with update none came back to me.
Bikinis are nice, they fit and look cute although I ordered high waisted and, on the model, it looked high waisted but, on my body, it is under belly button. However, I don't think the price match the quality. I doubt I would order from them again.

Amazing customer service team. I ordered the wrong size and was so stressed that I would have such a hard time trying to return it but thanks so so so much to the KOANA SWIM swim team for making me feel so much better and allowing me to return and exchange my bikini set so quickly and efficiently. I love my new bikini, 100000% recommend <3

Been ordering bikinis from this brand for about 3 years now, and I just have to say KOANA swim is just top-notch and quality on par or better than higher swim brands. I haven’t bought bikinis from other brands since, because the quality is just that good (they fit well and aren't too revealing). Their customer service team has always been helpful with my emails.

DONT BUY any of the swimsuits here. I live abroad so I had to pay extra for shipping + taxes (which I don't mind) but I took a risk ordering here, since I saw some good reviews on Youtube. The quality is similar to shein or other cheap sites, and the sizing is NOT on par with their size chart. To top it off, you can only return/exchange for store credit. There goes ~200 euros for me. Don't order from here.

DO NOT BUY! Customer service is terrible!
Did not have a reply for a week. They filter all their reviews to only show 5-star ones, did not post any of mine. Deleted any social media comments, it is a scam!
On top of that, I was sent a faulty bikini, and they asked me to send back for a full refund but I needed to pay return shipping? Ridiculous, save your money! So many better bikini brands out there who offer much better customer experience and better quality bikinis.
