In general excellent customer service, but I had a confusion regarding the shipping due to a parcel service provider's underperformance in Christmas time.

You have placed an order on 19th of December (non-working day). We have prepared you package and handed to couriers on 21st of December (Monday). Omniva and many other delivery companies delivers shipments to Latvia from 2 to 6 days due to COVID-19 and Christmas period.
From our side of business we have prepared and shipped your products on the next working day (we would have prepared it same day if you would have placed it on a working day).
After 4th of January 2021, delivery companies will return to its normal delivery schedules and such problems will not happen again. What is more we would recommend to use DPD shipping method as they have less delays. I can assure that after this extreme Holiday + Covid-19 period, all shipments will reach Latvia within 1-2 working days.
Now your products should arrive on Monday. If not we will refund previous shipment and hand it to DPD express. They will deliver within 1-2 days.

Our business holds highest quality customer service and offers best prices of genuine japanese diapers imported directly from origin country. After system check, we can see that the tracking number and invoice was sent and courier picked-up the items same day as the order placed.
Unfortunately, due to extreme situations due to COVID-19 and increased online sales worldwide, courier service providers have difficulties to ensure on-time deliveries. Option to collect directly from the courier was provided to prevent any delays, however the call was not answered.
After 4th of January 2021, delivery companies will return to its normal delivery schedules.

Best Diapers Ever
Highly recommended & worth the little extra money. With Merries, my baby enjoys longer hours of sleep without any leaks. Diapers are light weight and have stretchy tape on each side which is great and easy to put on. Goodbye sleepless nights!

Perfect match for our allergic baby!
We have used japanese diapers for our first child and our little one was very happy in them, so we are trying them again for our second babyboy and so far so good... Japanesediapers.com had sizes for newborns so we chose Merries and Moony and the service was great. Will be back for more very soon!
