Blunt knife but no return
I bought a Wusthof Classic 8" cook knife from Koch and Kochin. I appreciat that the knife was delivered promptly. However, the knife was unexpectedly blunt and I can't help to sharpen it after 2 days of use. No one would accept such a knife at this price....
Is it a very old stock that got blunt for long storage? Is it because of the poor QC from Wusthof? Is it even a fake Wusthof? I don't know. All I know is I can't return the product for refund as one of the refund condition is that the product must be "unopened and unused". That doesn't make sense. If you don't open and try it, how do you know the product is faulty?
Would never buy from Koch and Kochin again!

Diabolical Customer Service
I bought a Nouvo cast iron pan from this company and the pot when rusty with my food still in the pot. I had followed the instructions of how to us the pot and it still went rusty. I tried seal with oil even though I shouldn't have to as it was pre seasoned.
I have tried contacting via online chat which is rubbish and also emailed
customer service, but the service is diabolical as no one response to you. There is no telephone number or address.
