Stiff, heavy, small pockets, too expensive. Company does not back its products. Barely even used, and they won't take it back in exchange or even a partial credit. Do NOT recommend buying this. I could hardly even fit my hands in the side pockets. Odd shape. Really stiff and heavy. Not usable or practical. Will never buy a thing from this company. Lousy customer service.

The company has limited customer service. It wants to rely exclusively on email, which can be problematic when the situation is one that may lend itself to a back and forth discussion. After several emails, I was able to persuade the customer service rep. to call me to discuss my issue, and I missed the call. The rep, Heidi, left a message and said to email again if I still wanted to speak to her. I have sent several follow up emails and left two voice mails. I am being ignored. I received a bag as a gift. I don't need the bag. I sought to return it and the website said it was not eligible. That is when I reached out. I was told the bag was ordered more than 30 days before I sought to return it so it could not be returned. I explained that I got it as a gift - I did not order it. That was the last I heard. I have tried to follow up to see if the company makes any accommodation for a situation in which the party with the product is not the one who ordered it. The bag is still on the company website - it is not discontinued. I also left a message asking if it was possible to make an exchange or if I had no recourse at all, and I have gotten no response. I would just caution anyone who orders a product as a gift to make sure you don't order the gift too soon and let the recipient know when it was ordered and the return policy as the company apparently does not have any flexibility at all. Personally, I would not do business with any company that effectively has no customer service and is unwilling to even discuss an issue with a customer.

Nice bag but had two of the same snaps on one pocket making closure impossible. When I contacted them to point out the demanded I ship at my expense to cover their error $50. Had to jut sew it shut. Sad

I ordered the Buffalo Messenger from Kodiak and I am so happy about it. It's refreshing to have such a great experience from an honest and industrious business. Their packaging is awesome and the product far exceeds the price in my opinion.

The shipping was very fast; FedEx Ground. And when I wrote in with a customer service question, the owner answered me himself within just a couple hours. You can't possibly lose doing business with them. Would purchase again.
