This company exhibits fraudulent behaviour: I purchased a pair of shoes, unfortunately broken after one week of wearing, a problem with the sole. After endless email exchanges and delay tactics (I had to complain countless times to finally progress in the file), I finally receive an email that I di not have to send back. However, the refund is still missing. This takes more than three months now, so I have all reasons to believe that this is done on purpose so that the customer forgets, which for me translates into fraud.

I ordered a pair of boots 6 days ago. My bank account was debited immediately. Order should have arrived after 72h. But have received nothing and have had no news since the confirmation of my order. No track and trace number, no confirmation that the parcel was sent, nothing. Tried to contact Koel but there is NEVER anyone online to chat. I emailed them and have had no reply either.

The shoes are ok but the customer service doesn't exist, they just ignore the communications after the sale.

Best softest best leather quality barefoot shoe or any shoe i've ever worn. Been wearing with no socks for 4 months. Zero problems.
