Please be careful - also with Koffer Store !!!

Hello everyone, I want to share my BAD experience with Koffer Müller aka Koffer Store - 2 German websites which declare to have the same contact data (site in Hamburg, Erhard Strasse 18, the same phone number, the same banking data) - I purchased a cabin suitcase (for 80 EUR) on July 5th, 2026 - I decided for advance payment (Vorauszahlung) which was a big mistake - they received my payment on July 7th. I have never received the suitcase (according to its manufacturer it was out of stock by that time) and I have not received my money back. The communication... You cannot reach this "company" - the number you dial... it just rings rings rings but nobody will answer. So... if you want to save your money (and nerves) - stay away from Koffer Müller / Koffer Store. It is time to report these fake e-shops to the police, there will be more victims... I guess.

worst store ever

worst store ever. They couldn't supply a case, and this can happen of course. So I asked for a refund. And now I am waiting a month ans still no refund after couple of emails. Person does not answer phone.
