Ordered a book 05 January and it still hasn't arrived some 26 days later. Response to contact is poor with various excuses and assurances.

Kogan Page are my publisher of choice because they really understand the People Professional space. They are the leaders in this field. I feel honoured to be one of their authors amongst many professional powerhouse authors. Working with Joe on my 2nd edition was a delight. He was constructive and supportive. Working with Emma in marketing my book is equally as easeful. Nothing is too much trouble and she turns things around very quickly.
My only reason for 4 out of 5 is that I feel strongly that Audiobooks should be standard as part of the publication offer. There is no excuse for not being fully inclusive in this way.
That said, I would publish again through Kogan Page in a heartbeat. They feel like family, and they treat their authors with the care of a family too.

I am hugely indebted to Kogan Page who published my first book over twenty years ago, and I have been with them ever since. They have been wonderful partners. As an author, it really helps to have a publisher who listens to new ideas and helps shape them to make them marketable: there is no point in writing if no one reads your work. Kogan Page have consistently brought my books to market in a way that gets results, and they have made the whole process about as painless as it can be: from initial idea to the endless rounds of editing to finished product in the bookshops.

I received a call from the courier saying that my item was about to be delivered. I waited an hour before receiving a text saying the delivery failed and a number to call which is disconnected.
That was the last I heard. It was getting delivered to an open shop with a car park out front but they botched it somehow and now there is no way of contacting them. The courier doesn't even answer. Dodgy as
I guess I will seek refund through fair trading now and never touch this mob again. Customer service is shocking. I am stunned that they got something so simple so wrong

Hoping to give a better score in the future. From point of order to delivery, timing is poor when compared to other online companies. Hopefully my order will arrive, also, my fault, cheaper elsewhere.

Absolute crap. Online seems ok initially when you want to place an order, but from that moment on it is a horrible horrible experience. If anything goes wrong with a product, which it will, there is no way to be able to speak to a real person. All you can do is submit an email. In this day and age of online sales, especially for an exclusively online retailer, you expect and hope that if you have a problem they would have systems and staffing levels in place to get a fast resolution. Not Kogan. I reported that the product had stopped working 48 hours ago. I still have yet to receive a response. If you go to send a query about why you haven't had a reply, they push you down to the bottom of the line for a response. I've looked at several review sites and they simply use proforma responses. Scroll down below, they are all the same, no care or time is taken to resolve issues. They simply don't care after you purchase. #kogan
