Don’t buy anything from them

Don’t buy anything from them - you’ll lose your money and won’t get your car. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and uncooperative.

I cannot get a car I recently purchased from them back home because they refuse to file basic documentation for export out of the EU. 21000 EUR for a car I cannot get. They flat out refuse to do anything.

They’ve been notified that the car is going out of the EU during the sale process and assured me of their assistance. Now I paid the full price, but without them filing a basic document the car cannot leave.

Pretty sure they simply intend to screw me over by keeping VAT return to themselves.
