Had my own contacts through my years in the restaurant and takeaway industry but wanted something new, something different.

When I first met their area sales manager I knew immediately the ‘different’ I was searching for, had arrived in my store!

I knew this wasn’t just a sale for him but a connection, done with modern state of the art technology and old fashioned human interaction.

A simple job like installing card payment terminals, WiFi, digital phone line, EPOS system and other services became, due to infrastructure issues, which were impossible to predict, therefore, the team at Koicoms did in my opinion the impossible.

The huge array of issues they managed to untangle for my business is the greatest peace of work I have ever received by any company in all my years in business.

They didn’t stop once or masked any delay with conventional methods of passing the blame on to this or that! They came out on site with their IT Team and solved one problem after the other…

Their area manager constantly updating me and requesting feedback - accepting my feedback and delivered the remedies based on this.

Last but least…
On Sunday, Easter weekend, out of their own time they called from their own homes to make sure everything they had done was to the highest standard and operating smoothly.

In my opinion ,
it is near impossible to find dedication and commitment as the service provided by the koicoms team - and towards me as one of their new clients.

We have been a customer of Koicoms for the last three months and now I can give an honest review based on the experience so far.
Move your merchant services to Koicoms is my strongest advice, especially if you have a high sales turnover based on credit card payments.
Originally a nice sales Manager called Sara Shoaib approached us with a view to saving us card processing fees. At first, I was very sceptical as I thought I was already with the best in the industry, but I was wrong. Please read on;
We had been a customer of Worldpay for over 10 years, and we never looked at their actual monthly invoices, as we thought WorldPay is well known in the industry so there would not be anything to worry about.
To my HORROR and under the guise of ‘Premium charge’s and ‘Miscellaneous charges’. World pay was legally extorting money from our company.
After carefully reviewing the current invoices from Worldpay, it turned out that Koicoms was telling the absolute truth and that they really could save us 1000’s of pounds in a year. We discovered that Koicoms does not have any hidden charges whatsoever, and their card processing fees are lower. There is no such thing as ‘Premium’ or Miscellaneous’ charges with Koicoms and they gave this agreement to us in writing. They couldn’t be any fairer than that.
I suggest you don’t just go by my recommendation but review your current providers invoices and start asking question on the charges they apply to process payment transactions. Review them carefully with what Koicoms offer you, and soon you’ll discover that substantial savings could be made, and no hidden charges to worry about.
With reference to their customer services, again Koicoms easily beats the likes of Worldpay who has a premium rate number to contact them for whatever reason, and they always make you wait on the line thus increasing your telephone bills. Whilst Koicoms has a standard rate number, they answer calls quickly and employs very friendly and helpful staff with good product knowledge. My praise’s goes to Chris Pataridis and Steven Shaan as they guided me thoroughly from my transition to Koicoms.
A big thank you for the savings that we have already gained in the last few months. Very happy with Koicoms.
