KOI Division were so helpful and prompt.
What a great customer service. My pond submersable pump failed a little while ago. I took it apart with the idea of fixing it but found it was a sealed unit with no hope of repair. I decided to search the web for a like for like replacement as my Yamitsu SPP6000 had lasted at least 10 years and my existing supplier could not supply a new one. I found koidivision.co.uk who had stock shown on their website, I called to make sure they had a physical unit in stock, my surprise was that they did. Within 2 hours I was getting an email advising it had been shipped. What a great service. Thank you Ian.
