Appalling dishonest practices from this company.
I subscribed to flower fairies priced at $16.50 per coin. The next month they charged me $65 plus shipping and claimed this was “the next coin in the series”.
Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.
Shameful. Avoid at all costs.

They are frauds. Don't send your money to them. The police should be arresting them. They are still advertising on Instagram. Whenever I see their ads, I inform the public.

I have received unwanted items once again from this useless company. They seem to think that my money is theirs automatically. This is the second occasion of this and leaves me very inconveniencd. I have cancelled further irders before and they are still trying it on.

Signed up but the packaging was damaged during shipping.

Sent the items back and was charged for the privilege so lost out twice.

At least this company BUSINESS MODEL doesn’t take any responsibility for anything and leaves the customer picking up the tab for their outgoings

I’ve never felt so ripped off from a company, I got no apologies, no refund, no contact.

Why would give my business to this company when so many others to chose from.

Good riddance, you can keep my money. You obviously care about money more than customers.

Shocking really

I've been emailing them for the last month. They have duplicated a set of coins which I returned only to be sent the same set again. I'm missing 1 folder from this set and I've told them this and they're are a couple of faulty goods that need changing. How many times do you have to complain and went have I been sent a duplicate of a duplicate I returned. I put a note in with the return to explain. So several people are not doing their jobs. I'm going to escalate this if it isn't dealt with.

They started a new collection from me which I did not authorise.
Tried to email twice no reply and chat was useless after asking for refund with speaking to live chat then put on automated message saying closed

I recently received an order for a set of six coins from the Koin Club. Unfortunately it contained two identical coins and one of the coins was completely missing. I therefore returned the complete set of coins, in its original packing as requested. It was received by the Koin Club yesterday. I have tried on numerous occasions to try and contact then, but keep getting responses that are unprofessional, frustrating and not what you want from a Customer Services Department. I would be interested to hear if any others have had similar experiences or if anyone can supply a telephone number as an alternative means of contact.

These Good Reviews must be Fake. Basically no customer service. No tracking just charges you and leaves you hanging. First order waited 3 weeks to say out of stock and my mistake that I subscribed because 10 business days again and probably the same thing. It's like the charge just to hold your money to buy the stock. I don't believe they actually stock anything.

No problems here. Ordered and delivered within a few days. Am fascinated with the coins and they are presented very well.
Am pleased.

Hope all will be better in the future as I do like your merchandise .. Customer service tends to be a little slow …

This company is an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs!

I got in contact over a year ago as I was not happy that I signed up for a £3.75 subscription to be then told it went up to £14.99 a month without any notice. I cancelled and that was the end of it.

I visited the website again a year later which was the other day. I noticed a sale on £4.99 a month for a coin subscription service but crossed out was £19.99. It literally said on the subscription service that I will be charged £4.99 every 28 days I have screenshots of this. I emailed customer service and wanted to check this before I made the mistake of signing up again in which my reply was no it’s not £4.99 every month. It’s £19.99 followed literally by another email directly after saying thank you for signing up for your subscription! I am sorry what. I had never once pressed subscribe. I emailed and made a complaint how they did this without my consent and they shouldn’t be holding my payment details for over a year it’s against the law and I got a snotty email back saying I needed to go into my account settings and cancel it myself. I’m sorry what! I hadn’t even made a stupid subscription! If a single penny goes out of my account I will be getting in touch with a solicitor! All I will say of avoid this place at all costs! This is one of the worse companies and worse customer service I have ever seen or heard of utter scams!

Brought some 50P's like on Olympics from koin club on ebay as well as late Birthday treat on Star Wars 50P set ( Good prices but with Star Wars Disney 100 Year anniversary the Official coins are selling like hotcakes.

Koin club sells Koins either as one of purchases or by several payments (if credit is good) and by subscription to one or more collection(s).

I like idea of buying when you can / want and purchases from Koin had no issues - coins were packed well and I was given full tracking without any issues like damage / Loss.

Well worth buying collectable coins from Koin club - although the merch for 50P's - £2 seem to be going over board by movie and sport franchises cashing in.

Have to be mindful that some of the design tender 50P's - £2 cannot be used as legal UK tender.

Communication = impossible. No updates on arrival time. Ordered early September, never arrived. Last week I put in a PayPal claim then all of a sudden it comes through the door with a 48 hour tracked parcel. So people if you want what you paid for then I suggest going this way about it as no other way of getting it from them. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Placed an order in September for 48hr delivery. Kept getting redelivery dates through October and November. Had to get card company to intervene for refund. Absolutely a waste of time company. Advise you avoid.

Placed order and paid for it in September, still haven’t received it. I have emailed twice with no reply from them but everyday day my inbox is flooded with their advertising emails … not impressed at all

Manipulative advertising, deceptive descriptions or just customer service like the grim reaper, this company 100% doesn't give a toss for you.. pardon the pun, but you will be overpaying on postage consistently, even earning them a profit there. Even when purchasing overvalued 'collectable assets' you will be overpaying on postage, not to mention you could spend £150 on a legal tender collection that may be worth £10. Basically a scam. Made to frisk cash of collectors of the genuine Royal Mints legal tender by making artistic memorabilia from popular films, history or culture with profits before anything.

Just spoke to Jo At koin club What an amazing member of staff you have she was friendly she was helpful she was professional and happy and sorted my problem out within minutes you should be so happy to have such an amazing member of staff and she deserves a pay rise immediately!! #MoreStaffLikeJo

I have just ordered a coin from them and the lady I spoke to (Jo) was wonderful. I must complement her on her customer service skills. Cheerful and happy in her work. Kudos Jo. Thank you for a wonderful service.
