Had an issue with a projector I got. There were what I thought were multiple dead pixels and dust / dirt on the inside lenses. They provided me a video showing how I could try to clean the lenses and display inside the projector. The model of the projector in the video was a bit different but I was able to fix all of the spots on the display.

Blender got malfunctioned and stop detecting power. Cleo assisted me with my request and helped me in taking care of the issue by creating a replacement as the product is under warranty

I purchased your DBPOWER player prior to visiting Mex for a 2 week vac. The unit would not play Rey was very professional in trying to get the player to work. In the evening my grand boys would have some DVD videos to watch. Through several emails and videos we could not get the player to work!!

The juicer I bought from them always worked relatively well and when it did break they made it really easy to replace the parts under warranty. I did sign up for the warranty when I got the juicer on amazon, they ended up honoring the warranty and they were very helpful and the help was very easy to access

This company knows GREAT customer service. We love this koios juicer more than our three other prior juicers. Some of my juicer parts broke so I wanted to purchase new ones. I contacted an employee over chat who was very nice and assisted me in what I needed. Before I had a chance to check on if the parts were available, the new ones just arrived at my door for free!!! The company just shipped it out for me. This makes me a customer for life. I already have a friend who bought one because we brought our koios over to make them some juice! And she loved it. And ordered one before her glass was empty. I recommend juicing celery every day! And only buy from koios! Thank you very much!

Kelly, the customer service agent I worked with to handle a problem with my juicer, should be training other CS agents. NEVER was there a word making me wrong or stupid. There was polite yet friendly apology for any inconvenience, plus the right remedy was given swiftly and efficiently which handled the problem. I sincerely pray that Kelly is put in some sort of trainer position. 85% (a generous estimate) of Cust. Svc. people are, sadly, not equipped to handle the public. Kelly gets an A+++++ from me.
