I deposited money, played some games, and have been trying to withdraw my money for over a month now, probably 10 to 15 times. Every single time the withdrawal gets cancelled because they claim I filled out incorrect information, even though it is exactly the same information I used to deposit money.

Customer support is also terrible. Half of the time I cannot even open a chat, and when I finally do, they do not help at all and just give useless, generic responses.

This has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

I was searching specifically for the official site of a major casino brand I’ve heard about on streaming platforms. One of the top results showed their logo and a huge “Exclusive Bonus” banner. I clicked, saw the correct branding, and hit “Register.” What actually happened in the background was a redirect to a different domain that only looks like the real thing.
I deposited $50 with PayPal, got a matched bonus, and started playing Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush, and some live roulette. The games themselves didn’t look suspicious; they seemed like real providers. My balance went up and down and after a few hours I was sitting at around $180. I decided to take a break and withdraw $150.
The withdrawal request went “pending” instantly and stayed like that for three days. No email, no explanation. I contacted support and spoke to someone named “Chris,” who told me that my account had been “randomly selected” for an advanced security check and that I should wait 24–72 hours. After 72 hours, nothing changed, so I wrote to them again.

I have played thousands of € here and their website is such a mess. The biggest issue I have now is that I made 2 bets that did not go through on a live game called 'Casino Holdm' where you make an initial bet for the ante & bonus, and if you have strong enough hand you can make the call.

The 2 bets I made accepted my initial ante/bonus of €400 but when I made the call in both bets I received a popup that I exceeded the max betting amount and the bet was cancelled. This is absolutely outragious because on the corner of the game it says the max bet is €2120 which I was nowher near of and on top of that these were BOTH WINNING HANDS.

Not only did the bets not go through, they did not refund me my initial ante/bonus wagers!! It has been more than 3 weeks now and I still get an excuse that they are still investigating the situation. In the backlog they registered these 2 bets as 'losses' but still trying to tell me there is a queue of issues they have to solve.

Let me tell you this:
Lets say they are speaking the truth and there is still a queue of over 3 weeks. This would mean they have so many issues and have failed so many players which should be reason enough not to play here.
Option 2 is they are lying and waiting untill I give my case up.

Either way, enough reason NOT to play here.

I have contacted a lawyer and will not accept any other outcome than getting my money back.
