Couldn’t even receive product
I tried buying a Sonny Angel and because I only just moved I accidentally put the wrong location on the order. I immediately let them know by emailing them twice hoping they would see it (assuming they had ‘great’ customer service). I never received a single response and the order got placed without anything edited on it. Therefore, as of right now, it’s going to be shipped to the wrong location which I do not have access to.
Horrible and distasteful.
