I’ve been searching for headphones comfortable enough to wear during sleep FOREVER. I’m a side sleeper and these headphones have finally done it!

They stay perfectly affixed and you barely know they’re there.

I really enjoy the headphones. I mainly use them for sleep. They are very comfortable. The data doesn't seem to be too accurate but I honestly just like listening to music while I sleep. Also, once my playlist is done the background sounds are kind of nice. I really do enjoy them. The only reason for a 4 is probably just my ears but the ear pieces just don't fit quite right. One ear is good but the other is a little to big I think.

I have enjoyed these headphones so much. I feel like the buds do go a little further into the ear canal than I'd like but they're not totally uncomfortable.

The headphones are amazing and exactly what I needed! They are extremeley comfortable and the sleeping times measured are accurate. Only downside is the mobile app is very annoying to use.

The headphones and app have been an absolute revelation. In terms of physical presence, you barely know they’re on but what a difference they make sleeping - I did have to use the size 4 ear bud. The app and headphones are amazing and have massively improved both falling asleep, my quality of sleep and monitoring my sleep. Would highly recommend!

I paid for 2 sets of headphones on kickstarter. Never received. Tried contacting Koko on directly and through kickstarter. Complete sham.

I received my headphones, eye mask, and pillow mist about a week ago via the Kickstarter campaign . I'm very happy with them so far. The headphones are much smaller than I imagined, and I've been able to sleep in them all night without any discomfort. At first, I thought the audio was a little quiet, but when I changed to a bigger ear tip, it made a better seal, and I was actually able to turn the volume down quite a bit. I like that it's noise masking rather than noise cancelling as I still need to be able to hear my surroundings at night. The auto turn off and fading in of white noise features are working really well. I've been listening to Peloton meditations mostly but I'm enjoying the content on the Kokoon app too. The night mask looks very big on me, but it's still very comfy! In conclusion, I'm very pleased with the headphones and get excited about having some me-time before sleep!

These are not very good as a sleep product. The earbuds do not fit the ear and slide out. I found the battery life to be very good. These are better if used with a sleep band to enclose the eyes and the product

Shame I had high expectations for this device and for me it fell very short.

Whilst I like the variety of audios provided by the app, I have experienced a number of issues with the product, along with a dreadful customer service. As I write this, I haven't received a single reply to about 3-4 emails sent since early January, trying to get answers on the following issues: 1) sleep data not transitioning to app - some nights it works, others it doesn't, despite not changing any settings and having performed various 'resets'. 2) spotty transition to 'coloured noise' after finishing an audio, meaning when I fall asleep, there is literally nothing that blocks out or masks noise (the headset itself has no ANC functionality), leaving me exposed, regularly waking up, and reverting back to my €5 silicone earplugs in the middle of the night 3) request to exchange the product, given I am still within 12 month warranty.

With no contact number provided, and being ghosted by customer service, you literally have no way to resolving the issues you may encounter with you €250 product.

These headphones are very heavy and uncomfortable to wear around. The battery life is very poor and the sound is weak. They might be sturdy enough not to break if you wore them to bed but they are probably too uncomfortable to sleep with. The controls are irritating and confusing and the price is exorbitant.

I have been an avid user of Kokoon's sleeping earbuds for over five years now, and I can confidently say that they have transformed my sleep routine in the most extraordinary way. These little wonders have become an indispensable part of my bedtime ritual, and I simply cannot imagine sleeping without them anymore.

Furthermore, as someone who initially purchased the sleeping earbuds through Kickstarter, I have reservations about recommending this route to others. While Kickstarter campaigns can offer exciting opportunities to support innovative products, they can come with risks such as delays, communication challenges, and uncertainties. In my case, the experience was not as smooth as I had hoped, and it has left me cautious about participating in future Kickstarter campaigns.

However, I must acknowledge Kokoon's recent partnership with Philips, which may lead to improvements in both their product availability and customer service. Considering purchasing the earbuds through established retail channels, where you can benefit from the resources and infrastructure of a well-established company like Philips, might be a more reliable option.

In summary, while the Kokoon sleeping earbuds themselves are exceptional, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. As someone who purchased them through Kickstarter, I would caution against this route and suggest exploring purchasing options through retail channels, especially with the new agreement with Philips. This may provide a more reliable and satisfactory experience overall.

This is a game changer for me sleeping. I go to sleep listening to the app or a medication. The device is OMG comfortable I can sleep on my side left or right and I don’t feel any discomfort at all, I don’t know they are there. And I’m asleep so quickly. Listening to the relaxing music getting ready for bed LOVE LOVE with the app! So worth the investment and then some.

In this day and age where folks are much more aware about EMF sensitivities and problems, that I have to have Wi-Fi turned on while wearing these headphones ALL the time (!!!!) while sleeping and any other time for that matter! That is ridiculous. it should be set up to record data and upload when reconnected in the morning or any other chosen time. Just like my other smart devices. I am not interested in a device even though I now have two, that have to be connected to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to work properly and track. Very disappointed. They also easily dislodge enough to stop recording data even though when I wake up in the morning, they feel snug. Not reliable, unfortunately.

I have really bad insomnia and I've been using Kokoon for over 4 years. When I am able to sleep these help me to relax and stay asleep longer. They're easy to use and comfortable to wear. Highly recommend!

The app doesn’t work no sleep metrics recorded. The sounds are not relaxing and the earphones are junk and uncomfortable. I truly regret this purchase and hope the Oslo buds are better like my original bose sleepbuds.

The headphones are horrible. The sound quality is tinny and you can't even tell if you've turned them off or on while wearing them. Not to mention that the app that I was supposed to get free for a year is hidden behind a pay wall! Do NOT waste your money on these!

I’m enjoying the Kokoon after a few weeks of use. It took me several nights to get used to wearing the device while sleeping but now I don’t seem to notice it too much. It has helped me get to sleep faster and I appreciate the many options (meditations, music, etc.).
