This company scammed me. I spent over 100 dollars ordering clothes online from kokopie and my items were never delivered. After they sent me an email promising me a refund on my credit card but never sent me my money back from the items they failed to send to me.

The shipping took LITERALLY half a year, I had a lot of items and only 3 arrived within HALF A YEAR. The quality was extremely low. Please don't buy from this dumb wasteful store.

Alright so.. my name is Drew. I will start off with, this company does not give you the name of who you’re emailing with even if you request. How helpful.
If something happens with your order they will pretend to try and fix it, exchange emails where MOST of what is written is clearly copied& reused. I have at least 20 emails with them over them not shipping shoes out that I purchased in late 2018/early 2019. They even sent me an email “showing” they were shipped but the tracking showed nothing was ever shipped. They then proceeded to email me saying they did not have the product and asked if I wanted the sample from the photo. I said yes. The sample NEVER came. I asked for a refund. I emailed them calmly explaining what happened and they kept giving me bs answers and re-asking me what size I wanted, which makes NO SENSE.
They eventually CONNED me into agreeing to take a credit equaling what I spent, BUT NEVER TOLD ME THAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING. Still denying me a refund for product I NEVER RECIEVED. So I mentioned the shipping cost issue to them and they said there was nothing they could do, because they already issued the credit. They SUCK never effing waste your money at this place. I’m still actively looking to make disputes related to their theft of my money.

I ordered inAugust 2019, its almost May 2020 and I've still not gotten anything, they said they wouldn't refund me either 🙄 they offered in store credit but I don't want their &%$# products anyway

I ordered two skirts in September of 2019 for my daughter. She received one but we were told the other was sold out which is fine because it was a sale item. They offered to ship a different size and when I agreed, they said they don't actually have that size. Finally we found a size they do have and would ship. A couple months later we still hadn't received it so I reached out again and they said their shipping company in China has been messing up. They said I could get store credit to which I responded that I want a refund or the item. They responded saying I could not get a refund on sale items but they could reship. Fine. Please reship the item as I never want store credit. They responded saying that the shipping has had an error so they could offer store credit (again). It went back and forth a couple times by me saying I just want the item or a refund.

It in almost February and I have been messaging for two straight weeks every single day to please reship the item. They have stopped responding. Total sham company.

I ordered on November 8th 2019 and didn't receive the product until Janurary 21. The hoodie is very thin and not worth the money. I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Bad company spent well over $150 on items and recieved 2 items out of 9.ive tried contacting multiple times and no answer.they print out shipping label but never actually ship item out.dont get scammed by this company...i did and will never again..

I was an influencer working with this brand and have been a customer of theirs as well. It is run by THE MOST unprofessional and immature person I have ever worked with. First she was refusing to pay me for my post promoting her because I made it clear in the post that it was an ad (like you are supposed to do). I archived the post after a few days because the ad only had to be kept up for 24 hours, and after I archived it she tried to say I never posted and that she wasn't going to be "scammed" by me. She paid me a week late after leaving my multiple messages on read, called me names, and threatened me for "slandering her name" which I literally didn't do. She then even began messaging some of my followers to tell them I was crazy and a liar, and was sending them screenshots of our conversation as if they cared about it or what she had to say. She is insane. Being a customer, I never got my items that I bought after two months and customer service wouldn't believe me and wouldn't give me a refund, so I had to get my refund through my bank. The WORST experience I have ever had both as a customer and influencer. Ridiculous.

Hands the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Constant fighting and shipping of incorrect items, then duplicate items, then DEMANDING PROOF that you got a duplicate you want to return to them. 3 months in, still don't have complete order after 3 "shipments" to us

I love kokopie. It's a great business with original designs. All items are crazy high quality compared to big brand stores, and they deserve so much love!!

Dude this website is playing me. I ordered shoes and it's been weeks and they still haven't sent. It's so frustrating. I have emailed them multiple times, still no response. I am quite disappointed and annoyed. I have to wait 45 days untill I can request for a refund. This experience has upset my soul. :( And I will never buy or recommend this site again.

Ordered a sweater that was taking ages to ship, contacted them, they said it wasnt available from the first shipment country so they will ship it from china. never got a tracking number, never arrived, when I requested a refund they stated it was a pre order item ( Which was not stated anywhere on the website at all) This took over 3 months to sort out everything including a refund, terrible and vague explanations, false shipments.
An honest waste of time and money.
