Great Quality
The pigment of the blush is so good, just 2 dots and it is so colourful. I don't need to retouch it frequently as it lasts long. But it could be a but more in terms of quantity.

Very fast and secure delivery! Did come with very interesting samples and I also did get an extra blush to my ordered one, couldn't be happier! :) nice range of jpn beauty products, also ltd editions, will def order again in the future!

I also had issues with the PostNL delivery. The customer service was very friendly and responded fast. Kokoro rehipped my order immediately and it arrived swiftly this time. Happy with the limited edition products!

Selling items that are not easy to find in the Netherlands, customer friendly and fast delivery. There was an inconvenient caused by the delivery service, nevertheless team Kokoro skincare were happy to help and was resolved quickly. Really happy with the products and the customer service overall 🩷

Fast delivery and authentic Japanese products. PostNL had lost my package and the Kokoro team was very quick in communicating with me and finding a solution. Overall, great experience and would order with them again. Hoping to see some skincare samples in the future as well.
