I bought a kickstand with an adapter from this site. Actually, I thought bought it. They didn't send the complete package, and then ignored to respond to messages. Not recommended.

Excellent quality, beautiful item. Extra points for the very carefully packed shipping. I was really looking forward to receiving it and it absolutely lived up to my expectations!!
Cowboy 3 luggage rack.
The 3d printed inter-connecting parts are all broken of my luggage rack. Contacted Kokox for repair under legal warranty and got the reply I should buy from another seller...
"I would be the 1st to have this issue", obviously not reading these reviews...
The elastics of the luggage rack are also very poor quality, never used them and they don't even stretch anymore (no my bike is not standing in the sun!)
My kickstand is also practically broken, won't contact them again...
Avoid.
Same experience as all other reviews here. The cowboy kickstand that kokox sells just doesn't work. It is overengineered and brakes easily. When you contact them (him?) about this, all you get is a very long email explaining that it is basically your own fault. After that, no more replies on emails. I won't go as far as to say it's a scam, but no one there cares about their customers. Avoid this company.
I bought a bike rack for the cowboy 3 that keeps coming off the fender. Contacted via email for assistance, they replied to put a powertrips. My bike suffered scratches due to the underperforming luggage rack and the bag I just bought was damaged. Very bad
I ordered 2 set of mudguards (front and back) for my Cowboy C2.
The front one does not fit with the bike, even after having filed it.
My experience with the kokox support to put the Usurla support on my cowboy bike was very bad. The system is very hard to put on . And was getting loose all the time as I riding my cowboy C3 because the position of a screw was not right. At the end, the support was damaged and I join the kokox team in order to make play the guarantee. They said me I needed to pay an another 20 euros after the 50 euros I had already payed, to get a new one. Can understood but the commercial services is very bad. I won't buy a kokox product again. I am ready to put a lot of money on my cowboy bike but It has to be working properly. And it is not normal guys, you need a master to mounting it. Look up for some reviews on the web, you will probably understand that I am not the only one with this issue.
