I have not received my package as yet

I have not received my package as yet, I don't know why except that the carrier does not have it. Considering it's almost two weeks and coming from Sweden it's poor service
In retort to your reply, blaming the customer for the delay is typical of the poor service being touted by these false websites. When ordering in your websites, they falsely claim that you and the products you sell are in Sweden, you never show that the products you sell are elsewhere, even within the EU. When products enter Sweden they are subject to customs and taxes, and then we have the problem of the carriers, like UPS, who either never update their tracking, make bogus claims about packages being held up in customs, or as in one other case I recently experienced, blamed the seller for not forwarding the paperwork, and in the end such as here, I had to cancel, because both the carrier and the seller did not accept responsibility for the loss of the package. You people who sell products online should tell your customers where the items you sell are coming from, and the truth about delivery times. When you read the small print I see you never accept responsibility once the package is with the carrier, and the carrier just suggests for the buyer to make an insurance claim, meantime the money they paid for the product has gone from their bank accounts in a matter of seconds, and you people wonder why we get angry with your false websites, and blame the customer for not putting a phone number, when you and they have our email addresses, but somehow never use to keep us updated. Shame on you and I hope people rad this before making orders.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
Not all our products is in Sweden. They come sometimes direct from suppliers in other countries. In this case the forwarder couldn't reach you because of the missing phone number and that adds a delay.
