Beautiful Product and Great Service
Ordered 4 Backgammon games for gifts, all personally engraved. The games look fantastic, they are quite heavy and really looks and feels like a quality product.
Super-fast customer service as well, the lid of one game got damaged during the shipping, no problem we send a new engraved lid right away.
Highly recommendable, and a great personal gift.
Only recommendation is for Kolekto is to improve the Packaging, which is not up to standard.

It's an OK product...
I recently bought three items online and I have received them within the timeframe as per the terms they indicated on the website. If you want to be able to track the delivery and progress of the order, you won't be able to view it on their website. The only updates you will get will be the ones you received on the day that you order the items. They will reply to you though if you reach out to them via email or give them a call. The products are of average quality and it has something to do with the condition of the wood that affected the artwork itself. One frame (hug no 2) had a bit of a smudge in the "white" part of artwork which is inherent with the wood that was chosen. It would have been fine if it enhanced the artwork itself but in this case, it de-valued the quality a bit as it then becomes the center of attention. I would've expected that these sort of things are checked and considered especially since the site prides itself in the quality of the products. The key house was fine but I guess the feeling I got was a bit under-whelmed when I saw it in actuality. Hug No 1 was the one I got which had the "best quality". I think it was fine overall. Their engraving service was good because there were no errors on the request so I think this one is a plus. Overall I would give it a 3 based on the entire experience (buying online, delivery time, product quality, price, customer service).

Unclear info on home delivery vs pick-up
I ordered online and paid for home delivery yet the delivery was done at a pick up shop. I flagged this to customer service and was responded that they are busy and that’s what they do November and December. Well I wish this was better stated while ordering.
