I ordered from these through Facebook. Never got a confirmation email only had a screenshot that I took of payment.
Delivery details are all messed up. After 5 weeks it said it was delivered although I never received it. Emailed them to be told check with neighbours.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I opened up a case with them and luckily got my money back with PayPal.

Ordered at the start of October and still haven't received! Can't find confirmation email only the screenshot I took on purchase. Can't find a way to get in touch with them. Very disappointed and after reading the other reviews it would appear I've been scammed.

The worst experience! I paid for everything got a tracking and the tracking shows delivered but no package for me! I wrote email after email the same reply tracking shows delivered to your address, I asked multiple times for them to tell me the carrier they used in my country they don’t want to tell me! I asked for merchandise or refund and now no one is responding!

Scammed, said it was delivered. It wasn't - do not make same mistake. Every review is negative, don't get scammed!

I found koless.com through Facebook and when they say if something is too good to be true, it really is too good to be true, id give zero stars if I could
Waited over 3 weeks just for them to deliver nothing!
yet they Claimed to have delivered my parcel and customer services avoided every questions I asked them and just kept repeated “your parcel has been delivered”

SCAM ! came across on Facebook ordered a few item they were fairly cheap. Let me pick 2 day delivery at £6.99 20 days later still nothing recieved, the tracking is false, updated regular and says out for delivery, no English company to track DO NOT ORDER OR USE !! emailed and got strange emails back. Clearly just robbing people. I did have a gut feeling that it wasn’t going to be legit. Contacted PayPal who authorised a refund.

Scam company as far as I'm concerned.
I purchased goods from them on the 22nd August and from day one I had issues, I had no confirmation of a purchase order or a tracking number I had to get in touch with them in which they gave me one and told me it will take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. I checked the tracking every few days and it was getting updated but my gut was telling me something was wrong skip ahead to last Thursday when it said it was with the logistics company so I tried every delivery option in my area to track who had it and no one did. Friday came it said out for delivery and then at approximately 1:30pm it had an update on the tracking saying it had been delivered at 3:29pm which is not possible as it was 2 hours before the time stated and I had been in all day waiting for it since it was due to be delivered. I got in touch with them they replied the next day saying that it had been delivered and to check with neighbours or the post office, I had already done everything they had told me to do so replied with this, I then had no contact from them so I asked PayPal for a refund to which they did immediately apart from the shipping fee. The company then replied this morning telling me they had put the correct information on and that the logistics company has made a mistake and they will refund me apart from the shipping fee.
As far as I’m concerned they take your money knowing they will never deliver your goods and they make a living on everyone’s shipping fees.

Clothing ordered 13/06/2024 did not arrive, company advised of this.
Received an email stating clothing had been delivered which it has not and it is 09/07/2024 today.
Advised to check with my neighbours if they got clothing. Property has CCTV no delivery made on day they stated.
I requested a "capture" of delivery, have not received it yet
