I got text about collecting time and date. After that someone had called me and give exactly time of collection. When they arrived, they collected my sofa bed very quickly. It was great experience.

My driver rang me 20 mins. in advance, which is always useful, and the job was completed in minutes. Removal is instant and the service is cheaper than any of my local providers.
