I have ordered books on 17th January and still waiting to receive them 2 months later. Each time I contact, they promise to send them within the month. I do not think that I will ever receive the books. I will never order again nor recommend the website.

My order is still not deliver after 1.5 month and there is no possibility of a refund. It's basically an online scam. They are selling something that they don't have.

I gave my order more than 30 days ago. There is neither delivery nor refund. Looks like a scammer.

On December 27, 2024, I ordered books from the Köln Kutuphane, but as of February 7, 2025, I have still not received them. In response to the first email I sent on January 10, I was informed that my order would reach me within January. However, I have not received any response to my follow-up emails.

I request that my books be delivered to me within a week or that my payment be fully refunded without any deductions.

I ordered books on 1st of January. It has been 24 days and I didnt receive any books until now. I even created support request via their website. I didnt receive any feedback from them. I dont know if I will even get my books or refunds. I disappointed a lot.

Very bad dont BUY from here this web side is a SCAM! Stay away.. i ordered books from kolnkutuphane.de 2.12.2024 and still not arrived. I emailed them they said they are very busy and i will have my order ASAP. And now almost 2 months and still waiting….!!!! Now i also emailed them and asked for a refund..

I ordered books 1month ago, no updates on the status of order. I requested my money back on the website, no answer. Even, I cannot reach to the customer service via phone.

I wish I checked the reviews before! I ordered books in November. It has been 2 months, I haven't receive any books, they do not reply my emails, the do not pick up the phone. There is no point of contact to check your order. Better not to order from this company.

I ordered two books, but they were neither prepared nor delivered after more than a month. Now, it has been over a month since I have tried to get a refund for my money.

But friendly and responsive customer service (I spoke in Turkish). (+1 star)

I ordered some Turkish children books that cost around 40 Euros. They haven’t sent them yet, and I wrote to messages to the customer help section they haven’t replied. I don’t know how this could happen in Europe. If they don’t send my books or my money back in a few days, it will be my job to go after them legally!

Sleek design, convenient shopping experience. The books arrived in 15 days. I have no complaints so far 👍🏻

I ordered and paid for some books from them in early August 2023 and it is December 2023 and they still have not arrived. At first they would reply (slowly) and say they were waiting for their supplier and the books would be sent soon but since a few weeks they stopped replying at all I found several other reviews with similar experiences. As of February 2024, the books have still not been sent.

Be aware! Scam!
