Have had no problem getting a response…

Have had no problem getting a response back to any of my inquiries… they have been wonderful with the help of finding a solution to my problem when my package was lost or stolen.. CANT WAIT TO GETT MY DRESS THANK YOU

Jokers

I'm so embarrassed that I ordered from this company, should have known better as ive never heard of them. Got a lovely top and dress from them however dress doesn't fit. No paperwork in bag to do return so contacted customer services to ask how to do return for refund. What a joke. So far they have asked for my body measurements! (which I said no as too personal all I want is a refund), then they asked for pictures of me wearing the dress to offer a 'solution'. Again I have pointed out the solution is returning for a refund which is my consumer right as I ordered online. I have no confidence in this company do not order as if you want your money back they will mess you around. I am not confident about getting my money back. They should be shut down as I'm pretty sure their stalling and failure to acknowledge what I'm asking for is illegal.

Disgraceful. Shame on Komily

Absolutely horrible. I have a claim filled with the BBB for false advertising.
Stained glass was shipped from China to Hong Kong to LA to Chicago to Atlanta to Jacksonville to Tampa to Pasco.
Stamped plastic arrived.
It was for Mother’s Day. She is 93 in hospice for her last Weeks.
I wanted her to look out the window and see stained glass birds.
Instead all I have cheap ugly plastic.
Shame on Komily.

My dress was delivered with a hole in…

My dress was delivered with a hole in it, obviously I didn't want it,
1st day sent pics, 2nd day was asked if I could take it to get repaired and they would give me 10% off, I just want a replacement or refund,
3rd day offerd 20% off my damaged dress!! Still want refund or replacement, (nobody buys a damaged dress)
4th day finally offerd replacement but they certainly weren't happy doing this given the email I received,
Customer service replies are 1 per day,
You should not have to send 4 emails to ask (practically beg)for a product you paid for to be in perfect condition,
How the hole wasn't noticed when packed amazes me as its the first thing I saw,
Its a shame as the dress is nice but the service shocking and not even my fault

They messed up my order

I ordered 2 t-shirts and 2 keychains from komily. When my order came, I received only one keychain and instead of the other keychain I got an extra large tank top that had “beer me” printed on it. When I contacted them, I got a very rude reply from them but they said they would send the keychain I originally ordered. Well, today I received another t-shirt again but no keychain. I sent another email to them and I’m sure they reply with another rude email. Don’t waste your money on this site!

This is horrible!!

This is horrible!!! I loved the dress in the picture. But once I got it???? Different story. Like a spandex/ polyester blend. Just awful. It's funny how all the "positive" reviews on here are all the same.... they're fake. Probably from employees. Don't waste your money. Highly disappointed.

Size chart not matching product

I ordered blue and multicolored tie dye long sleeve shirts from Komily.com with size chart measuring 2XL as bust=41" waist=32.5" and hip=43". When I received the product they measure bust=47", waist=47" and hip=50" needless to say the chart did not match the product. I Emailed the company and they were very unprofessional, and argued with me for weeks with no resolution to the problem. I have taken further action and will not purchase anything else from this company. Save your money.

WORST online shopping experience ever!

I ordered this and what I got looks NOTHING like the picture. 10 sizes too large, it looks like a burlap sack. It says that if the item is faulty you can return it and they will pay for the return shipping. Well they are refusing to pay for the return shipping. I had to pay $25 to ship back to China and they want to deduct what THEY paid to initially ship it to me from my refund as well. This company is a complete ripoff DO NOT BUY OR SHOP FROM THEM. They also initially tried to convince me to keep it with 10% refund, then 20 then 25% refund. No! I obviously want 100% refund! The WORST online shopping experience I've EVER had!

Avoid at all costs wont accept a return and asks for more money to resend some the order back out for a shipping fee if I take my PayPal Dispute down!

** Update via submitting a PayPal dispute for anyone in the same predicament where Komily refuse to provide return detail's;

"What should you do?

To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Centre before 9 January 2021. We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later.

The item has to be sent to the following shipping address:

Room 607, 6th Floor, Vanke Red Building, Jinlong Road, Buji Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, 518000 CN

The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it and you're responsible for any costs associated with the return. If you're shipping internationally, please mark 'Returned Cargo' on the outside of the package to avoid tax charges."

Avoid at all costs. Wanted to return a large order unhappy with. Paypal dispute still on going with evidence nearly 2 weeks later. So glad paid by Paypal now. Initially prior to Checked return policy on their site which advised to contact customer service via email. Which I then was met with "shipping costs to costly to return" but "will offer a 10% discount or send 4 of the 8 items" again in a smaller size for "a £6.99 shipping fee if I close the PayPal dispute down. This was a large order of around £100 and nothing fits and awful quality. All I wanted to do was return the items for a refund. I even tried to come to an agreement to return for smaller sizing, they refused both, offering a 10% discount or 4 items sent if I paid a further £6.99 for shipping and if I close the dispute down. Appalling customer service and you have to await a day each time for an email. Hoping PayPal pulls through for me. £100 down on Christmas gifts with 8 items unhappy with.
