Refuses to give full refunds, unless you take it as store credit. Otherwise they will hit you with additional fees and charges to pocket as much from you as they can after sending you defective or falsely advertised merchandise. Emails to customer service are ignored.

My dad bought me a flecktarn field shirt for me when I on Christmas when I was 12 and I still wear it today 4 years later its reliable good in hot and cold weather and looks super cool catches peoples eyes at gun shows and it gets me constant compliments thank you guys so much and I would give it more stars if I could and I plan on getting some of your shoes

Ordered my son a mag pouch for Christmas. Never arrived. I contacted the company and received no response, so I’m out $25. I’ll never order from here again, just glad they only got me for 25 and nothing more.

This company sells racist, white supremacist products and insignia, specifically of the apartheid South Africa and Rhodesia type. It’s common theme throughout the store. It also sells a noose vinyl sticker, that if coupled with the aforementioned imagery, becomes a symbol of hate.

Ordered 5 "gumballs" from their giveaway and received a $100 Dollar giftcard and many other interesting items!
Package was also very well structured/well packaged and clearly showed care from the person that packaged it.
Main problem is shipping times, but it's expected given my location.

Utterly atrocious "customer service"! Ordered an in stock jacket from these clowns. Six weeks later it still hasn't arrived! Just say "was dispatched" on a certain date. No "We'll check with the (utterly incompetent!) courier company. Just "No refunds possible as it has been dispatched!" Avoid these incompetent clowns like the plague!

Great store!
Ordered some flecktarn and coffee. After a while, I was notified that coffee was out of stock and I was kindly offered a refund or change my order for this amount. However, today I received my parcel AND THE COFFEE WAS IN IT and a little gondola plush as a present)
As for the parka that I ordered - beyond praise.

I ordered a 6' Gondola from kommandostore.com as a birthday gift, to the UK with the shipment being provided by APC.

There was initially a delay in the shipping: due to the large size of the package, the shipping company APC had rejected it.

I contacted the kommandostore.com customer support and was told they were working to get the issue sorted.

A few days afterwards I received notification the shipment had been dispatched by APC, after which it arrived after around a week in transit to my house.

Overall the customer support was quick, very friendly, and resolved the problems that arose with the shipping company.

Gondola himself is excellent quality and absolutely huge :DDDD cannot recommend more
