Ordered on the 1st November and order still hasn’t arrived.

Sitting in England, I ordered a mix of kombucha, sparkling probiotic water and water kefir grains to be collected by my niece - on the same day as my order! Everything was ready for her when she turned up, and they even gave her an iced mango tea for her 150km road trip with my brother's birthday present. Great service, and the family have really enjoyed Kommunity Brew's products. Well done!

Fantastic customer service! my kombucha arrived safely and well packaged. I had an issue with my order (my fault) they rectified it immediately and I received my kit on time. All correspondence was friendly and genuine. Big thumbs up for this great Australia company.

I love the probiotic waters, they are healing for the gut and have great flavours. Less sweet than the kombucha which makes for a lighter more refreshing drink.

The grains came with no sugar. The instructions don’t tell you how much sugar to put in because it’s their signature blend or something as such…completely unhelpful! I called several times and no answer. I sent an email and no answer. Hopeless!

I gave you 4 stars because nothing is perfect. I also think that your instructions could be a little more in depth, and have more information. Otherwise....no problems.

I love the Kommunity Brew range. They're all so tasty and refreshing. Best of all, it's great to know I'm drinking something that provides so many health benefits. Fast delivery straight to my door. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I paid for express paid postage but it arrived a week later. The instruction pamphlet isnt really helpful.
My grains dont seem to be flourishing despite following the instructions.

Promptly delivered delicious kombucha that doesn't have any of the crap in it that some others do, and you can taste the difference.
Not sure whether my deliveries are chilled ones that needs immediate refrigeration or not, needs to be made more obvious on the website imo.
Tropical hops is my fave. Wished you still did oolong/ancient original.
