I contacted Kompass after Google incorrectly linked them to a mobile number I was searching for. The person I spoke with was very friendly and took the time to explain that this looks to be a broader issue caused by Google where Google are wrongly associating unmatched mobile numbers from their search engine with company listings on websites such like their own.
They explained that this problem has affected multiple companies, not just Kompass, and that Kompass is already in discussions with Google to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. The explanation was clear and reassuring, and they were happy to answer my questions.
Based on my experience, I’d encourage anyone with concerns to contact Kompass directly before drawing conclusions.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Kompas for the second time, and once again, they have exceeded all expectations. This time, we entrusted them with a property in need of a complete renovation, including a loft conversion and a rear extension. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Kompas was the project’s delivery. Not only was the work of the highest standard, but it was also completed an impressive 6 weeks ahead of schedule. This early delivery was a testament to the team’s efficiency, organisation, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.

An amazing team. Lovely people, work was done very professionally and right on time. The team head was always in contact. Any queries were dealt very well. Highly recommend them. Kompas London did a great job at renovating our house and converting our loft! Our whole house looks much more beautiful with the new look! Absolutely terrible company - do not use - they are scammers and thieves - we paid them to build an extension for 31k, they have done the worst job imaginable, a child could of done a better job - the whole extension is that bad it has to be demolished - they are now avoiding calls and refusing to pay the money back by going silent, court case is pending which will be fasttacked- DO NOT USE!! Kompas completed a project for me which included Design, Planning ,Loft conversion, Kitchen extension and First floor extension. I can highly recommend this company, I can say Excellent Service, Well organised workmanship, Reliable and Trustworthy. I can confidently say the whole project from design to the end Kompas team worked very hard to deliver on time and executed well. The owner and the manager was always present and communicated with the site worker and provided all the necessary need on daily basis effectively and efficiently.
