After a pretty antiquated experience with a large local window company, KHI were a breath of fresh air!

Super responsive to all messages and a slick admin operation, impressive showroom too!

Had bifolds installed last weekend and no issues whatsoever, looking forward to delivery of further windows tomorrow.

Amazing service and quality of doors plus super fast turn around

Chris and the team did an exceptional job for us. We had to replace a set of fire-damaged bifold doors, which others quoted at 6-8 weeks from ordering. Chris and the team managed to have the new doors ordered, delivered and fitted in under 3 weeks from the initial order. A simply phenomenal job, especially given the guys had to not only install the new doors but also remove the old burnt ones (which didnt budge easily). I would highly recommend Koncept Home improvements, and will definitely be using them again the future.

New Windows and Doors

I have been more than impressed with both Chris and Simon, they both really made this an easy experience from the start, went looking in other areas and was over whelmed with how complicated other companies made it, The moment i Went to Chris it was just easy peasy.

The time scales were fabulous from emailing for a quote to fitting yesterday was a total of 1 month 9th July 2018 this started and completed yesterday 7th Aug 2018

Simons survey was spot on, when he arrived the pre-work you could see was well worth it and spot on as the fit was smooth, hardly any disruption at all. Simon and his fit team were very respectful and helpful and cleaned up very well after themselves, they respected my home and were just all round good guys.

The girls in the office are very helpful too, made the payment side of things very easy and quick.

Couldn't be happier and i will be recommend for sure.

From start to finish they were simply amazing; their product knowledge, advising suitable styles that would suit our home, and their communication throughout ordering and booking the installation. When it came to installation day, the team were friendly, tidy and efficient - and did an amazing job. The whole process was an absolute pleasure and we couldn't be happier with the results.
