this company seems to want to put as many obstacles as it can in the way of any progress. if you read its websites values it is a complete opposite to what it actually does. question?. is it out to get as much work (money) out of a situation as it can, and not want to help its clients with their issues. Even my solicitor is frustrated with the way they operate.

Simply can’t be bothered attitude
Why are we forced to give one star to a company which deserves a zero? This review is in connection with their conveyancing/equity release team. They have complete disregard for anyone who is buying or selling a property and can’t be bothered that their total procrastination and incessant and often unnecessary and outdated “questions” will delay and cause the entire chain to collapse. There is nobody in that department that actually cares one way or the other whether any transaction completes. Do NOT use! You have been warned.
