The magnets are essentially worthless (I have low gauge sensor wires, but when you have 24 connections, there is a natural tendency for lift.

The solution is to use a wire tie down to relieve rotational pressure.

Others warned me - they were correct.

A heads up re support options, or lack of
I have taken the equipment out and I am returning to the seller
All was installed correctly as was pretty straightforward, however the alarm panel programming was not achievable
I did log Konnected and Smart home to two separate accounts and Nate told me that, so thanks
Pretty frustrating to say the least as that was all that was required
Konnected Support, or lack of, should be called DisKonnected....
I sent in engineers installation plan and all I needed was some direction/guidance but the response was --- check on line or join Facebook as there are 1000's of alarms, yes, there are but a look would say select that option but that was too much effort I guess
And after I sent more information was told don't mail us anymore as we will ignore you
Or pay for an installer, if that the case the cost to buy a new smart system would be the better option instead of this?
So if anyone is unlucky enough to have a problem, good luck

Prompt shipping and good quality product. Great product for turning old wired alarm system into a smart alarm. I got the Konnected alarm panel interface kit and connected it to my AVANTI XP alarm. It's working great (can arm/disarm remotly, can tell if/when/where intrusion occurred remotely. Easy to install and only one issue to resolve. If alarm is triggered (by dog), I can turn it off remotely but has to be reset by keypad before can be armed again on app.
Still working on this issue and I must contact konnected help to see if they have a resolution.

Overall love the product. Very compact and well thought out.
Coming from a somewhat old school I would like to see a little bit better installation “manual” maybe one or two printed pages. Had to do a lot of clicking around to get all the pieces of info. Although Andy is really is very responsive with Q & A. I would certainly recommend your products and plan on installing in a few other places. Also, could not do the initial start up with iOS had to use android device.

Bought a magnetic light switch that is advertised wrongly.

1. No argument to call the part "magnetic contact sensor".
2. The true issue is that the contact type of the sensor is advertised as "Normally Open", which is different from other sellers' description. And they don't have an illustration to make its "Normally Open" clear.

Shipping was very fast. This helps a lot. Konnected cares enough to follow up with the order to make sure you got what you wanted.

It has been very easy to integrate and get everything work. Lot of info available on the internet from the community for troubleshooting, if ever need it. Highly recommend it. Using it successfully for security alarm and garage opener.

Easy to install and connected to Smartthings with no issues. No only can it auto open and close, with other smart sensors I can have it partly open and not worry about forgetting.

Fast shipping, great support. I purchased the garage openers and alarm contacts. They work really well.

No only did the product work great right out of the box, but when I needed help to customize it I had immediate helpful responses from support. (Now articles exist covering all of the questions I initially had.)

I will keep coming back to konnected for future home automation products because of their great products, great support, supporting advanced customization, and commitment to supporting fully offline home automation.

The product worked as advertised. The small LED's that indicated status of the zones were helpful during setup. I had to put in a help desk ticket to get the Konnected app to connect to the alarm board. I got very helpful and quick resolution via email. Works great.

Great product, fast delivery. Have been using these for a long time without any problems.

I went with the Alarm Panel Interface Kit and could not be happier with my purchase! The company was very quick to ship my order, everything arrived as described and worked just as their guides outlined.
