Had the pleasure of working with Konstant on their Full-Stack plan over the last few months and the experience was great. From the jump, the communication and kick-off meetings to understand what we were looking for set the tone for a great partnership. Having and building a relationship with our Project Planner (shout out Alec!) was extremely valuable, he took the time to understand our needs, and what we expected and made sure things were moving internally. It didn't take long at all before creative deliverables were coming back in good form and very little feedback. Some exceptional designers that produced some exceptional creatives. Highly recommended — especially if you have a breadth of creative assets that Konstant can utilize and leverage.

We have been working with Konstant for 10 months now. They quickly became a trusted arm of our organization--an essential partner in delivering high-quality videos and creatives. This was a skill we lacked in house, but feel we now have in spades with Konstant. Together, we have produced more than 70 videos over the months, and we find it is hard to keep up with Konstant. That's a great problem to have; it means they work quickly and keep us on our toes. We have also been impressed by their versatility and adaptability. Our ask is different than that of many of their clients; we engage with Konstant to produce in-house training videos. The whole team on our account pivoted to this application seamlessly--creative strategist, designer, account manager, and more. We couldn't be happier with them!

Not as advertised. We enrolled in the scaling plan and were expecting to get 8 videos every 1-2 days. Their editors took forever to deliver. When we reached out to their team, they informed us that this was just temporary, so we decided to be patient with them, hoping they would solve their internal issues. At some point, we understood that this was not going to improve, so we requested a refund as per their refund guarantee. They refused because we were past their 14-day window. So we were punished for being patient with them, hoping that they'd figure out their issue and start delivering within time. Their video editors also look very amateur and constantly make stupid mistakes. The expectations they painted in our minds were far beyond what they were able to deliver. Please run away from this company if you don't want to waste time and money! Also, going through their TrustPilot reviews, they all seem FAKE.

Whenever it comes to creatives, Konstant Kreative saves the day, they know exactly what it takes to produce a piece of content that converts. Their team and services are top notch, and we have seen a significant increase in our social media paid ads since we began working with them.

Our company has partnered with the Konstant Kreative team for close to a year now. From my experience, they have provided a phenomenal service. A full-service creative team can cost a hefty penny, but with the Konstant Kreative service, you get unlimited designs and revisions for a fraction of the cost. Pro tip: The more detailed you are with your creative briefs, and more open communication will be a night and day difference in the quality and speed of the work produced. Konstant Kreative is a game changer for streamlining your marketing and advertising materials.

It's been great working with KK for the last 3 months! They do a great job at helping with our creative needs and ad production. Every time we give them feedback from a creative standpoint, their performance gets better and better. We're on the "Don't Make Me Think" plan and have a dedicated creative strategist and designer has helped us fill a creative gap when we've needed it most.

I worked with Konstant Kreative before and was not so happy since the turnaround time was not so quick when we needed an edit, we had to wait long until we got the final project. I also always had different editors so the quality varied quite a lot. So I decided to cancel the subscription.
With their new plans, I decided to give them another try and those problems were solved. Now we get a lot of high-quality creatives that our media buyer can test.

Amazing group of people who really know what they're doing. Our company is on the "Take it Internal" plan and we were blown away with the project manager, assigned designer, and overall communication over Slack. My Creative Director was able to quickly communicate creative briefs and Konstant Kreative's team was so quick to turn around assets. I just wish I could turn around creative briefs faster to them to keep KK busy, they were so quick, zero backlog, and everything was 95% complete on first attempts. When they say unlimited they actually mean that. My graphic designer made minor revisions and she would complete them in minutes. I tried for a week to schedule a time for a meeting that worked across time zones, which I understand can be difficult. I was finally connected to the Creative Director who confirmed a time and date that would work for our call.

On the evening of the call I waited for almost 30 minutes and she didn't show up. I emailed both her and the team with questions and to ask about rescheduling the call and I still have received no response, no feedback and no apology after almost 3 weeks!

I appreciate the effort to accommodate different schedules and time zones, but I have no words for this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for my time. I would never recommend anyone to try this company or their services if this is how they treat potential clients.

Konstant Kreative has been an amazing help to our design team! I am continuously impressed with their speed, as well as the quality of their work. When we do offer feedback, they quickly return a second version, and follow directions/suggestions well. They come up with creative ideas, as a graphic designer myself, I've been inspired by some of the things they come up with!

It's also very simple to add a brand style guide and fill out a creative brief, which allows you to add images, files, and any context or direction very easy. It's also easy to communicate with the leaders and designers in each task, and by using Slack Connect.

KK has quickly become a part of our design team, we appreciate their contributions, and are glad to have found them!
