I bought two contact lenses that were…

I bought two contact lenses that were supposed to last 3 months twice in less than 2 months , I contacted them with the complain they never followed through with my complaint. This is the second time I had issues with them but they never help solve any problems , Pooh customer service and poor quality control of products

The service is always excellent

The service is always excellent. When I order my lenses I receive them the next day. It is really convenient and I had excellent service on my first order when I made a mistake and needed to cancel an order over the phone.
