Bought an office chair. Was contacted by the company with some honest details on the condition of the item; offered a nice extra add-on to compensate a little flaw. The chair was well packaged and came with a tool to complete the assembly. Delivery by GLS though was a bit difficult (as a result - diverted to a delivery point), but that is what happens a lot. Overall, very satisfied.
